Realt.onliner.by-ն գրում է, որ Lazzarini ստուդիայի իտալացի դիզայներները մշակել են կրիայի տեսքով լողացող քաղաքի նախագիծ։ Այն ստացել է Պանգեոս անունը ի պատիվ Պանգեա գերմայրցամաքի, որը գոյություն է ունեցել միլիոնավոր տարիներ առաջ: 550 մետր երկարությամբ և 600 մետր լայնությամբ նավի կառուցման համար կպահանջվի 8 տարի և 8 միլիարդ դոլար։ Եթե հեղինակներին հաջողվի իրականացնել այս արկածը, ապա «տերանավը» կդառնա աշխարհի ամենամեծ լողացող կառույցը։
Լողացող քաղաքի ներքին ենթակառուցվածքը կներառի տարբեր տեսակի բնակելի անշարժ գույք (բնակարաններ, տներ, սուպեր վիլլաներ և նույնիսկ թագավորական պալատներ), ինչպես նաև հյուրանոցներ և առևտրի կենտրոններ։ Ընդ որում, «կրիայի» վրա կարող է ապրել մինչև 60 հազար մարդ։ Պանգեոս հնարավոր կլինի հասնել ինքնաթիռով, ուղղաթիռով կամ նավով, ինչի համար կկահավորվեն հատուկ տեղամասեր և նավահանգիստներ։
Ստեղծողների մտահղացման համաձայն՝ քաղաքը կաշխատի «կանաչ» էներգիայով։ Pangoes-ը կտեղաշարժվի ինը էլեկտրական շարժիչներով, որոնց ընդհանուր հզորությունը կկազմի 16800 ձիաուժ: Այդ նպատակով տանիքին կտեղադրվեն արևային մարտկոցներ, իսկ էներգիայի մի մասը կստեղծվի շարժման ընթացքում ալիքների էներգիայից։ Դրա շնորհիվ «տերանավը» կկարողանա շարժվել ժամում հինգ հանգույց արագությամբ և միևնույն ժամանակ վնասակար նյութերի արտանետումներ չի առաջացնի։
Pangoes-ի կառուցումը կտևի 8 տարի, և դրա կառուցման համար անհրաժեշտ կլինի հսկա նավաշինարան։ Դե նաև, իհարկե, 8 միլիարդ դոլար։ Դիզայներները նախատեսում են գումարը ձեռք բերել NFT քրաուդֆանդինգի օգնությամբ: Օգտատերերը կկարողանան ձեռք բերել վիրտուալ անշարժ գույք կամ ջրային նավեր, իսկ իրական շինարարության դեպքում վճարումները նրանց համար կդիտարկվեն որպես ավանդ։
