ՀԻմք ընդունել ՏԻՄ օրենսգրքի 22-րդ հոդվածի 8-րդ կետը այսօր դիմում եմ ներկայացրել Գյումրու համայնքապետին որպեսզի վաղաժամկետ դադարեցվի Գյումրի համայնքի ավագանու անդամի իմ լիազորությունները: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է Շիրակի մարզպետ Նազելի Բաղդասարյանի եղբայրը՝ Արման Բաղդասարյանը:
Նա նաեւ նշել է. «Որոշումը կապված է նախ և առաջ ՔՊ վարչության վերջին նիստին քաղաքական պատասխանատվության սկզբունքի վերահաստատումից:
Ի՞նչ է ասած քաղաքական պատասխանատվություն, ես ինքս այդ սկզբունքը ակտիվ առաջ եմ տարել, որը ավագանու մակարդակում իրենից ենթադրում էր՝ համաձայն չես թիմի որոշման հետ, անում ես չհամաձայնեցված քաղաքական հայտարարություններ, հանրային վատ վարք ես դրսևորում, կատարել ես որևէ հակաօրինական գործողություն ապա թվարկվածներից որևէ մեկի առկայության դեպքում բարի եղիր դնել մանդատը:
Իմ պարագայում հավանաբար դա կամ ժամանակին կուսակցությունից դուրս գալն է եղել կամ քաղաքային իշխանության սուր քննադատումը (բացատրություն չեմ ստացել):
Անկախ այն հանգամանքից, որ այս պահին ես կուսակցական չեմ (2022թ ապրիլից), այս սկզբունքները ամրագրվել են շատ ավելի շուտ (2021թ հոկտեմբերին) ու ես երբեք իմ խոսքից ու սկզբունքներից հետ չեմ կանգնում:
