Ալիևի օգնականը պատասխանել է Արմեն Գրիգորյանի հայտարարությանը

Ադրբեջանի նախագահի՝ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հարցերով օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևն արձագանքել է ՀՀ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանի հայտարարությանն առ այն, որ Վաշինգտոնում իրենց հանդիպումից հետո համաձայնություն կար ստեղծել միջազգային մեխանիզմ, որպեսզի Արցախի Հանրապետությունը և Ադրբեջանը քննարկեն արցախահայության իրավունքները և անվտանգությունը:
Այժմ Հաջիևը պնդում է, որ «Գրիգորյանի հայտարարությունը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը»:
«Ադրբեջանի Ղարաբաղի շրջանում ապրող հայ բնակչության իրավունքների և անվտանգության միջազգային մեխանիզմների ստեղծման վերաբերյալ Վաշինգտոնում իբր ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության մասին հայտարարությունները կեղծ են։ Բանակցություններում որևէ հարցի քննարկումը չի նշանակում, որ այս հարցում պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել»,- ասել է նա՝ մեկնաբանելով Գրիգորյանի հայտարարությունը:
«Սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Վաշինգտոնում Սպիտակ տանը կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ մենք ևս մեկ անգամ հայտարարեցինք, որ Ադրբեջանը միջազգային գործընկերների հետ չի քննարկելու Ղարաբաղում ապրող հայ բնակչության իրավունքների և անվտանգության հարցը, սա մեր ներքին գործն է, որը կարգավորվում է Ադրբեջանի սահմանադրության և օրենքների հիման վրա, միջազգային մեխանիզմի ստեղծումը բացառվում է, Ադրբեջանը մտադիր չէ այդ հարցը քննարկել ո՛չ Հայաստանի, ո՛չ այլ պետությունների ու կազմակերպությունների հետ»,- եզրափակել է Հաջիևը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ ԱԽՔ Արմեն Գրիգորյանը երեկ ասել էր հետևյալը. «Վաշինգտոնյան հանդիպումից հետո իմ և Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնականի համաձայնություն կար ստեղծել միջազգային մեխանիզմ, որպեսզի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը և Ադրբեջանը քննարկեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերի իրավունքները և անվտանգությունը: Մինչև այս պահը այդ մեխանիզմի մասին հստակություն չկա, նաև հստակություն չկա՝ խաղաղության պայմանագրով ենք դա անելու, թե խաղաղության պայմանագրից դուրս: Խաղաղության պայմանագրում որոշակի այդպիսի նախադասություններ կան, որից կարելի է ենթադրել, որ Ադրբեջանը խոսում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մասին առանց հստակեցնելու: Հայկական կողմի մոտեցումն այն է, որ եթե որևէ ակնարկ կա Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մասին, ապա դա պետք է հստակ նշվի, կամ ստեղծվի միջազգային մեխանիզմ»:
