ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ԱՊՀ երկրների չորրորդ վարչության տնօրեն Դենիս Գոնչարն ասել է, որ Մոսկվան նկատում է Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև սեպ խրելու Արևմուտքի համառ փորձերը և հույս ունի հետագայում ևս շարունակել լուծել բոլոր ծագող խնդիրները՝ Երևանի հետ ազնիվ ու անկեղծ շփումների միջոցով։
Նրա խոսքով, Մոսկվան հետևում է ռուս-հայկական բարեկամության մեջ սեպ խրելու Արևմուտքի փորձերին, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
«Մենք տեսնում ենք, թե ինչպես են վերջին շրջանում հանրապետությունում ակտիվացել Վաշինգտոնի և Բրյուսելի էմիսարները, ինչպես նաև բոլոր տեսակի արևմտամետ կառույցները, որոնք փորձում են իշխանություններին և բնակչությանը տրամադրել Ռուսաստանի դեմ, բայց իրականում նրանք գործում են Հայաստանի ազգային շահերի դեմ»,- ասել է Գոնչարը։
Նա հույս է հայտնել, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը կկարողանա լուծել բոլոր ի հայտ եկած խնդիրները «հայ դաշնակիցների հետ ազնիվ և անկեղծ հաղորդակցության պայմաններում»։
Գոնչարը նաև ասել է, որ Եվրամիությունը և ՆԱՏՕ-ն ցանկանում են Ռուսաստանին դուրս մղել Հարավային Կովկասից։
Դիվանագետի խոսքով՝ արեւմտյան երկրները համառորեն փորձում են միջամտել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության՝ Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցություններին։
«Որքան էլ փորձեն Բրյուսելում և Վաշինգտոնում այլ կերպ ներկայացնել, դրա հետևում Ռուսաստանին Անդրկովկասից դուրս մղելու ցանկությունն է, այլ ոչ թե իրականում և անկեղծորեն օգնել տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և կայունության հաստատմանը», - ասել է Գոնչարը:
Պաշտոնյան հավելել է, որ Բրյուսելն ու Վաշինգտոնը վախենում են նույնիսկ դրականորեն հիշատակել Ռուսաստանի մասին և ճանաչել եռակողմ բանակցությունների նշանակությունը։
