Մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ Հայաստանն ու Թուրքիան շուտով սկսեն օդային ուղիղ բեռնափոխադրումներ, «Ազատությանը» հայտնել է Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերություններում Հայաստանի հատուկ բանագնաց Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը։

«Վերջերս՝ նոյեմբերի սկզբին տեղի ունեցած տեխնիկական հանդիպման ժամանակ քննարկվել է այդ թվում՝ այս պայմանավորվածության իրագործումը, և այո, հավանականությունը մեծ է, որ շատ շուտով այն կիրագործվի: Զերծ կմնամ կոնկրետ ժամկետներ նշելուց, բայց հավանականությունը շատ մեծ է, որ շուտով դա տեղի կունենա», - ասել է Ռուբինյանը:

Երեկ թուրքական Hurriyet Daily News-ը, վկայակոչելով դիվանագիտական իր աղբյուրները, գրել էր, որ մեկնարկել է Թուրքիայի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման երկրորդ փուլը, և հնարավոր է, որ անգամ Ամանորից առաջ արդեն սկսվեն փոխադարձ ավիափոխադրումներ, ինչպես նաև բացվի Արմավիրի մարզի սահմանին գտնվող Մարգարա-Ալիջանի սահմանային անցակետը երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար։

«Խոսքը հետևյալի մասին է. այս պահի դրությամբ ուղիղ ավիաբեռնափոխադրումներ Թուրքիայի և Հայաստանի միջև երկու ուղղություններով էլ հնարավոր չէ, խոսքը նրա մասին է, որ դա դառնա հնարավոր», - ընդգծել է Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը:

Ռուբինյանը ժամկետներ չի նշում, բայց հիշեցնում է, որ ուղիղ բեռանփոխադրումների արգելքի վերացման, ինչպես նաև անցակետի մասնակի բացման մասին քաղաքական պայմանավորվածությունները ձեռք էին բերվել դեռ ամռանը՝ բանագնացների վերջին հանդիպման ընթացքում, իսկ գործնական քայլերը սկսվել են նոյեմբերին սկզբին կողմերի տեխնիկական խմբերի՝ հայ-թուրքական սահմանին հանդիպումից հետո։

«Գիտեք, որ մեր երկրորդ պայմանավորվածությունը, կրկին հուլիսին ձեռք բերված, երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար ցամաքային սահմանը բացելու մասին էր, և դրա վերաբերյալ ինչը, որ պետք է արվի հիմա, դա Մարգարայի կամրջի վիճակի ստուգումն է, որը մոտ ժամանակներս պետք է տեղի ունենա, և այդպես կշարժվի», - հավելել է նա
