Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմն այս պահին Լաչինի միջանցքի հատվածում է, տեղում դիտարկում է իրականացնում և փաստերն է հավաքագրում։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը, ով Երևանում մասնակցում է «Ընդդեմ ցեղասպանության հանցագործության» 4-րդ գլոբալ ֆորումին։
«Այս պահի դրությամբ Արցախում 120 հազար մարդ ուղղակի զրկված է հումանիտար ցանկացած հասանելիությունից։ Ադրբեջանը սրանով ևս մեկ անգամ ցույց է տալիս իր ցեղասպան ու հանցագործ քաղաքականությունը»,- նշեց Ստեփանյանը։
Արցախի ՄԻՊ-ի խոսքով՝ շատ հստակ երևում է, որ այս ամենը կեղծ է, ու բնապահպանական խնդիրները որպես պատրվակ ադրբեջանցիներն օգտագործում են՝ ահաբեկելու Արցախում ապրող մարդկանց:
Ստեփանյանը ֆորումի մասնակիցներին և առհասարակ միջազգային հանրությանը կոչ արեց ոչ միայն խոսել, այլև գործել, քանի որ Արցախում ապրող 120 հազար մարդ գտնվում է ցեղասպանության և էթնիկ զտման ուղիղ վտանգի ու սպառնալիքի ներքո։
Նա շեշտեց, որ միջազգային հանրությունից գրեթե ոչ մեկ Արցախ չի այցելել և խնդրեց վերջիններիս գործադրել մեխանիզմներ՝ կանխելու ցեղասպանության վտանգը։
«Ներկա պահին Լաչինի միջանցքի հատվածում հավաքված ադրբեջանցի այսպես կոչված բնապահպանները 2-3 վրան են տեղադրել և նրանց թիվը հասնում է 30-ի։ Նրանց ձեռքերում նաև պաստառներ կան։ Հստակ տեսնում եմ նաև, որ այս գործողություններն ուղղված են ռուսական զորակազմի դեմ, սա փաստում են նաև օրերս ադրբեջանցի լրագրողների սադրանքները։ Խնդիր է դրված հեղինակազրկել ռուս խաղաղապահներին և հող նախապատրաստել, որպեսզի 2025 թվականից հետո չերկարացվի ռուս խաղաղապահների ժամկետը (ըստ նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության,- խմբ․)»,- ասաց Ստեփանյանը։
Նա վստահեցրեց, որ խնդրի կարգավորմամբ այս պահին զբաղվում է ռուս խաղաղապահների զորակազմը, քանի որ այդ ճանապարհի և Լաչինի միջանցքի անվտանգության համար պատասխանատուն նրանք են։
Քաղաքացիական հագուստներով մի խումբ ադրբեջանցիներ, կրկին բնապահպանական պատճառաբանությամբ, դեկտեմբերի 12-ի առավոտյան ժամը 10:30-ի հատվածում փակել են Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս մայրուղին: Միջադեպի վերաբերյալ պատշաճ տեղեկացված է Արցախում տեղակայված ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի հրամանատարությունը:
