ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ
 
Ադրբեջանական սադրանքներն Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող ճանապարհահատվածի վրա շարունակվում են: Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 12-ին, մի խումբ այսպես կոչված բնապահպաններ ու լրագրողներ նորից փակել են Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս մայրուղին: Իբրև «բնապահպաններ» ներկայացողների գործողությունները, վրանների տեղադրման փորձերը, այդ սադրիչ գործողություններում կանանց ու երեխաներին ներգրավելը, նման մեծ ծավալով լրատվամիջոցների առկայությունը հերթական ապացույցն է նրա, որ գործ ունենք լավ մշակված, ծրագրված գործողության հետ՝ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների ուղղակի պատասխանատվության ներքո:

Պաշտոնական Բաքվի կողմից անմիջականորեն կազմակերպված այս սադրիչ գործողությունները նպատակ ունեն ահաբեկել Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցներին, հարցականի տակ դնել Արցախում խաղաղապահ առաքելություն իրականացնող ռուսական զորակազմի արդյունավետությունը: Ադրբեջանի այս գործելաոճը ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների, միջազգային պարտավորությունների, միջազգային իրավունքի կոպիտ խախտում է, որը սպառնում է Արցախին հումանիտար ճգնաժամով: Այն նաև Բաքվի կողմից լավ մշակված «փորձարկում» է, որտեղ դիմադրության ու համապատասխան արձագանքի բացակայությունը կընկալվի որպես կանաչ լույս՝ նման հանցավոր գործելաոճը շարունակելու համար, ընդ որում՝ ոչ միայն Արցախում:

Ստեղծված իրավիճակում՝
- ՀՀ-ն` որպես 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության կողմ, հանրությանը և աշխարհին տեսանելի անհապաղ քայլեր պիտի ձեռնարկի Արցախում ապրող մեր հայրենակիցների իրավունքների վերականգնման, իրավունքների պաշտպանության նպատակով: Այս տեսանկյունից՝ տեսանելի պիտի լինի պաշտոնական Երևանի շատ արագ արձագանքն ու աշխատանքը միջազգային գործընկերների, առաջին հերթին՝ ՌԴ-ի հետ՝ որպես 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության կողմ և Արցախում խաղաղապահ առաքելություն իրականացնող պետություն (բոլոր մակարդակներով՝ թե՛ պետությունների ղեկավարների, թե՛ պատասխանատու գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների):

- Կոչ ենք անում միջազգային հանրությանը` հատկապես, կարգավորման գործընթացում միջնորդական առաքելություն իրականացնող կամ իրականացման հավակնություն ունեցող պետություններին ու կազմակերպություններին հետևել ու անհապաղ արձագանքել, հարկ եղած դեպքում՝ ապահովել անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ այն ամենի հետ կապված, ինչ այս րոպեներին տեղի է ունենում Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս մայրուղում:

- Դիմում ենք մեր հանրությանը, Հայաստանում, Արցախում ու Սփյուռքում ապրող մեր ազգակիցներին՝ տեր կանգնելու մեր իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն ու պատրաստ լինելու այդ ուղղությամբ անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ իրականացնելու:
