Պերուի սոցապ նախարարը` դարձել է կին առաջի նախագահը, և ցանկանում է համախմբել երկիրը

Պերուի արդեն նախկին փոխնախագահ, սոցիալական ապահովության նախկին նախարար Դինա Բոլուարտեն երդում է տվել՝ որպես Պերուի նոր նախագահ այն բանից հետո, երբ երկրի խորհրդարանն իմփիչմենթ է հայտարարել Պեդրո Կաստիլիոյին: Բոլուարտեն նախարարի և փոխնախագահի պաշտոնը ստանձնել էր 2021 թվականին՝ իրեն որպես եռանդուն և պատրաստված գործիչ դրսևորելով։ Ի տարբերություն նա՝ նախկին նախագահ Պեդրո Կաստիլյոն սովորական պոպուլիստ էր, ձախ արմատական հայացքներով, և հասցրել էր մի շարք քաղաքական սկանդալներում աչքի ընկել։ 

Անցած շաբաթ Պերուի խորհրդարանը իմպիչմենթի ընթացակարգ էր սկսել, ի պատասխան Կաստիլյոն հայտարարել էր Կոնգրեսն արձակելու և պարետային ժամ հայտարարելու մասին։ Պերուի խորհրդարանն ու Սահմանադրական դատարանը մերժել էին նախագահի այս անհեթեթ քայլը, իսկ ոստիկանություն ու բանակն անցել էին Կոնգրեսի կողմը։ Կաստիլյոն ձերբակալվել, պաշտոնազրկվել էր, իսկ օրեր առաջ Դինա Բոլուարտեն երդումէ ր տվել որպես նախագահ։ 

Ի տարբերություն իր էքսցենտրիկ նախորդի, նոր նախագահն անհապաղ հայտարարել էր երկիրը համախբելու, բարեփոխումներ սկսելու, նաև  2024 թ․ ապրիլին արտահերթ նախագահական ընտրություններ անցկացնելու մտադրության մասին։ Դինա Բոլուարտեն դարձել է առաջին կինը Պերուի նախագահի պաշտոնում: Նա նաև հայտարարել է այնպիսի կառավարության ստեղծման անհրաժեշտության մասին, որի մեջ մտնեն բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչները:
