«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Վերջին շրջանում ռուսաստանյան լրատվամիջոցներում գնալով ավելի ու ավելի հաճախակի են անդրադարձներ կատարվում հետխորհրդային երկրներում, մասնավորաբար Հայաստանում ներքին ուժերի կողմից հակառուսականության ալիքների ինտենսիվացման ու արևմտյան ազդեցության ակտիվության դրսևորումներին: Փորձագետների համոզմամբ, այս հանգամանքն ինքնին ցույց է տալիս, որ գործ ունենք «բաց նյարդի» հետ, քանի որ Ռուսաստանում վերոնշյալ ակտիվացումներն առաջին հերթին կապում են Ուկրաինայում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների հետ: Առավել ևս, որ հակառուսական ակցիաների ժամանակ ծածանվում է նաև Ուկրաինայի դրոշը:
Ռուսական լրատվամիջոցները հատուկ շեշտում են այն հանգամանքը, որ արևմտյան ֆինանսավորում ունեցող ՀԿ-ներն ու քաղաքական ուժերը ահռելի փողեր են ստանում Արևմուտքից: Ի մասնավորի, վերջերս լրատվամիջոցներում նշվեց, որ նման ֆինանսավորում ունեցող հիմնական 40 ՀԿներից 15-ին (ընդհանուր բյուջեն կազմում է ավելի քան 33 միլիոն դոլար) տարեկան ներարկվում է 1-2 միլիոն դոլար, մյուսները ստանում են 200 հազարից մինչև 1 միլիոն դոլար: Մյուս կողմից՝ հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվում այն խնդրին, որ նշյալ ուժերի ներկայացուցիչները կանգնած են Փաշինյանի կողքին, ավելին՝ նրանցից ոմանք ներգրավված են վարչապետին կից ստեղծված իբր արտախորհրդարանական քաղաքական ուժերին ներկայացնող ինչ-որ մարմնի կազմում:
Այս ամենը անհանգստության առիթ է դարձել ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանում, այլև հենց Հայաստանում:Ինչպես մեզ հետ զրույցում նշում էին հայաստանցի մի քանի քաղաքագետներ, ներկայում գործ ունենք աշխարհաքաղաքական շահերի բախման հետ, որտեղ, ուզենք թե չուզենք, Հայաստանի ու Ռուսաստանի շահերը կենսական կարևորության հարցերում համընկնում են, և վերոնշյալ դրսևորումները, առավել ևս, երբ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների «դաբրոն» ունեն, ստանում են վտանգավոր բնույթ և ունեն անվտանգային լուրջ բաղադրիչ:
