«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության հայտարարությունը՝ ադրբեջանցիների կողմից Ստեփանակերտ տանող ճանապարհը փակելու վերաբերյալ

2022թ․ դեկտեմբերի 12-ին Ադրբեջանը կրկին արգելափակել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Հայաստանին և արտաքին աշխարհին կապող միակ ճանապարհը՝ Լաչինի միջանցքը։ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված և հազարավոր զոհերի ու վիրավորների, քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների ոչնչացման պատճառ դարձած պատերազմից հետո կրկին թիրախավորվել են դեռևս չվերականգնված Արցախը և նրա ավելի քան 120 000 բնակչությունը․ տասնյակ հազարավոր երեխաներ, կանայք ու ծերեր կանգնած են մարդասիրական աղետի առջև։
Ներկայացնելով մտացածին ու կեղծ բնապահպանալան պահանաջններ՝ որպես «բնապահպաններ» ներկայացնող ճանպարhի փակման ակցիայի մասնակիցները հանդես են գալիս ագրեսիվ կոչերով և սպառնալիքներով՝ մեկ ձեռքով բռնելով բնապահպանական կեղծ լոզունգներ, իսկ մյուսով ցույց տալով թուրքական ազգայնական «Գորշ գայլերի» ժեստը:
Ադրբեջանը չի թաքցնում, որ իր վերջնական նպատակը Արցախի հայերի էթնիկ զտումն է կամ նրանց բնաջնջումը։ Միտումնավոր ստեղծելով Արցախի ժողովրդի ֆիզիկական գոյությանը սպառնացող նման պայմաններ՝ Ադրբեջանը փորձում է վերջնականապես ի կատար ածել իր ցեղասպան մտադրությունը: Այս իրավիճակը ևս մեկ անգամ փաստում է, որ միայն Ադրբեջանից անկախ կարգավիճակը կարող է անվտանգության իրական երաշխիքներ տալ արցախահայությանը։
Ադրբեջանական կողմի այս գործողությունները կոպտորեն խախտում են միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերը, հումանիտար խնդիրներ առաջացնում Արցախի շուրջ 120 հազար բնակչության և ավելի քան 30 հազար երեխաների համար: Երեկվանից արդեն անհրաժեշտ ապրանքներ, այդ թվում՝ դեղորայք, մուտք չի գործել Արցախ: Հնարավոր չի եղել հրատապ բուժօգնության կարիք ունեցող հիվանդների տեղափոխումը Երևան:
«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը կոչ է անում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը անհապաղ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ ապահովելու Արցախը Հայաստանի կապող ճանապարհի անխափան աշխատանքը՝ համաձայն 2020թ․ նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության։
Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակը և Ադրբեջանի կողմից միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի կոպտագույն խախտումները պետք է արձագանք ստանան միջազգային հանրության կողմից:
Կոչ ենք անում նաև միջազգային բոլոր կազմակերպություններին՝ ՄԱԿ-ին, ԵԱՀԿ-ին, Մինսկի խմբի անդամ երկրներին, Եվրոպայի Խորհրդին գործուն քայլեր ձեռնարկել՝ կանխելու, դատապարտելու և թույլ չտալու Ադրեբջանի կողմից ագրեսիվ գործողությունների շարունակությունը:
Մենք հնարավոր ու անհնարին ամեն ինչ անելու ենք արցախցիների կենսական շահերն ու իրավունքները պաշտպանելու համար:
Արցախը հայկական է և մնալու է հայկական:
