Ի՞նչ է մտածում Yandex Eats-ը իր շուրջ ծագած քննարկումների վերաբերյալ

Անցյալ շաբաթ անդրադարձել էինք մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի՝ «Yandex Eats» ծառայության նկատմամբ հասարակության մոլորեցման դրսևորմամբ անբարեխիղճ մրցակցության առերևույթ հատկանիշներով վարույթ հարուցելու որոշմանը:
Մենք դիմել ենք ծառայության հանրային կապերի թիմին իրենց կարծիքն իմանալու համար: Ստորև իրենց մեկնաբանությունը՝
«Yandex Eats-ը Հայաստանում աշխատում է կանոնավոր ռեժիմով։ Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովի կողմից գործ հարուցելու հիմքերը որոշակի հարցեր են առաջացնում։ Ծառայությունն ակցիաների մասին օգտատերերին տրամադրում է անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվություն՝ դրանց անցկացման պայմանները ներկայացնելով նաև հավելվածում։ Ընդ որում, Yandex Eats-ի մարքեթինգային գործունեության վերաբերյալ նկատառումները պետք է հասցեագրվեն միայն տվյալ ծառայությանը, և ոչ թե ընկերության մյուս ծառայություններին։
Մենք պատրաստ ենք ոլորտը կարգավորող հանձնաժողովին անհանգստացնող ցանկացած հարցի շուրջ կառուցողական երկխոսություն ունենալ։»
Ծառայությունների աշխատանքի թափանցիկությունը ստուգելը օգտատերերի և գործընկերների համար պետական մարմինների պարտականությունն է և տարածված միջազգային պրակտիկա: Սակայն, նմանօրինակ գործընթացները հաճախ սկիզբ են առնում նաև մրցակիցների կողմից:
Yandex Eats-ը վերջերս է մուտք գործել հայկական շուկա և դեռևս ակնհայտորեն զիջում է մրցակիցներին շուկայական մասնաբաժնով: Ներկա պահին երկրում գործում են Glovo-ն, և տեղական Menu.am և Buy.am ծառայությունները, սեփական առաքման ծառայություն ունի նաև Sas.am և մի շարք այլ սուպերմարկետներ, ինչպես նաև պետք չէ մոռանալ ռեստորանների՝ սեփական առաքման ծառայությունների մասին: Yandex Eats-ը շուկա է մուտք գործում շուկայական ստանդարտ մեխանիզմներով. տրամադրում են զեղչեր և ակցիաներ նոր օգտատերերին: Կարևոր է հիշել, որ ակցիաները երբեք մշտական բնույթ չեն կրում և ունեն հստակ գործելու ժամկետներ: Խմբագրությունը ծառայության հավելվածում նկատել է նման ակցիաներից մեկի օրինակը և դրա պայմանները տարբեր ֆորմատներում:
