Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Շուրջ մեկ օր է՝ ադրբեջանցիները կեղծ բնապահպանական պատճառաբանություններով փակել են Հայաստանն ու Արցախը միացնող միակ՝ Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս ճանապարհը: Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցները փաստացի շրջափակման մեջ են՝ զրկված լինելով ազատ տեղաշարժի իրավունքից, կանգնելով պարենային ճգնաժամի վտանգի առաջ: Լաչինի միջանցքի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը աննախադեպ հումանիտար աղետ է։

Ադրբեջանը խախտում է իր կողմից ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորությունները՝ հերթական անգամ հստակ ազդակ ուղարկելով աշխարհին, որ չի դադարում վարել հակահայ, ցեղասպան քաղաքականություն:
Ինքս երեկվանից մշտական կապի մեջ եմ Արցախի ղեկավարության հետ, հայտնել եմ իմ պատրաստակամությունը ցանկացած աջակցության հարցում։

Կարևորում եմ ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի առաքելությունը Արցախի խաղաղ և անվտանգ կյանքի ապահովման գործում, և վստահ եմ՝ այս հարցը նույնպես ստանալու է իր լուծումը։
Եվ վերջապես, կոչս Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցներին՝ Արցախը մենակ չէ՛ և մենք համայն հայության, դաշնակիցների և քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի միջոցով կարողանալու ենք հասնել Արցախի հայերի՝ սեփական հողում անվտանգ ապրելու իրավունքին…
