Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում նա գրառում է արել՝ խոսելով ադրբեջանցիների կողմից Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող միակ մայրուղու շրջափակման մասին։
«Նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության 6-րդ կետում հստակ նշված է, որ.
Լաչինի միջանցքը գտնվում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորախմբի վերահսկողության ներքո։ Այսինքն միջանցքում զորախումբը ոչ թե կանգնած է Ադրբեջանի բանակի ու ԼՂ Պաշտպանության բանակի միջև՝ բախումներ թույլ չտալու համար, այլ իրականացնում է 5 կմ լայնությամբ տարածքի ուղիղ վերահսկողություն՝ ԼՂ և Հայաստանի միջև անխափան կապ ապահովելու նպատակով։
Համաձայն հայտարարության՝ Ոչ ԼՂ-ն, ոչ ՀՀ-ն Լաչինի միջանցքում որևէ գործառույթ չունեն, որովհետև այն չի գտնվում վերջիններիս վերահսկողության ներքո։
Ադրբեջանը նույնպես նույն պատճառով միջանցքում որևէ գործառույթ չունի, բայց ունի 1 պարտավորություն՝ «Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունը երաշխավորում է Լաչինի միջանցքով քաղաքացիների, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և բեռների՝ երկու ուղղություններով տեղաշարժի անվտանգությունը»:
Այսինքն Ադրբեջանը պարտավորվել է որևէ կերպ վտանգի չենթարկել ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորախմբի վերահսկողության ներքո գտնվող տարածքով ազատ տեղաշարժը։ (Օրինակ՝ չռմբակոծել ճանապարհը կամ ֆեյք բնապահպաններ այնտեղ չուղարկել այն արգելափակելու համար):
Լաչինի միջանցքի ապօրինի արգելափակումով Ադրբեջանն իր այս պարտավորությունն ակնհայտորեն խախտել է։
Արդյունքում խախտվել է նաև ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորախմբի՝ միջանցքում վերահսկողություն իրականացնելու պարտավորությունը։
