2018 թվականի հոկտեմբերից ես չեմ ղեկավարել ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտը․ պարզաբանում

Երեկ տարածվեց մի տեղեկություն այն մասին, թե իբր ես զբաղեցնելով ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչության պետի պաշտոնը, ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանի իմացությամբ, ուղղորդել եմ մեր քննիչին ինչ-ինչ ապօրինության, որի արդյունքում մեղադրյալը թմրամիջոցի մաքսանենգության համար վերջերս դատապարտվել է 12 տարի ազատազրկման: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ԱԱԾ տնօրենի նախկին ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար, «ԱԱԾ պահեստազորի սպաների միություն» ՀԿ համահիմնադիր Միքայել Համբարձումյանը։
«Ես հասկանում եմ, որ նման հասցեական հրապարակումները պատահական չեն լինում, ունենում են պատվիրատու և նպատակ: Գիտեմ նաև դրանք անտեսելու կամ հակադարձելու լավ ու վատ կողմերը, նաև, թե ինչի կարող է հանգեցնել, եթե սկսում ես արդարանալ:
Այնուամենայնիվ, միայն մի փաստ կուզենամ նշել, որ դեպքը, որի մասին խոսվել է տեղի է ունեցել 2019 թվականի ապրիլին, այնինչ 2018 թվականի հոկտեմբերից ես չեմ ղեկավարել ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտը և զբաղեցրել եմ ԱԱԾ տնտեսական անվտանգության և կոռուպցիայի հակազդման դեպարտամենտի պետի պաշտոնը, այսինքն՝բացարձակապես կապ չեմ ունեցել այդ դեպքով նյութերի նախապատրաստման և գործի նախաքննության հետ:
