«Խստորեն դատապարտում ենք Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից իրականացվող սադրանքը՝ բնապահպանական կեղծ պատճառաբանություններով Արցախը Հայաստանի հետ կապող ճանապարհի արգելափակումը, ինչի հետևանքով վտանգվել են արցախցիների կենսական իրավունքները՝ կանգնեցնելով արցախահայությանը հումանիտար աղետի առաջ։
Նմանօրինակ սադրիչ գործողություններն ուղղված են էթնիկ զտումների իրականացմանը, որոնք հերթական անգամ ի ցույց են դնում Ադրբեջանի հայատյաց քաղաքականությունը: Ստեղծված կացությունն անվիճարկելի է դարձնում այն իրողությունը, որ արցախահայության անվտանգ կյանքը հնարավոր չէ Ադրբեջանի կազմում:
