ՀՀ ԱԺ «Հայաստան» և «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունների հայտարարության նախագիծը
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովը խստորեն դատապարտում է սույն թվականի դեկտեմբերի 3-ին և դեկտեմբերի 12-ին Ադրբեջանի կողմից բնապահպանական կեղծ պատրվակով Հայաստանն ու Արցախն իրար կապող Լաչինի միջանցքը փակելու սադրիչ քայլերը։
Ադրբեջանի այս հանցավոր գործողությունները հակասում են 2020-ի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությանը, ըստ որի Լաչինի միջանցքը 5 կմ լայնությամբ ապահովելու է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կապը Հայաստանի հետ։
Պաշտոնական Բաքուն իր ապակառուցողական քայլերով ցույց է տալիս, որ հրաժարվում է ստանձնած պարտավորություններից, խախտում է միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքները, փորձում է Արցախում ստեղծել վախի մթնոլորտ, հոգեբանական ճնշումներ է գործադրում արցախահայության դեմ՝ նպատակ ունենալով ցեղասպանություն իրականացնել և նոր պատերազմ սանձազերծել։
Այս և նմանօրինակ այլ ռազմատենչ և ակնհայտ ցեղասպան նկրտումներ ունեցող գործողությունները հերթական անգամ ապացուցում են, որ Արցախը չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում, արցախահայության կյանքի իրավունքի ապահովման միակ հնարավոր գրավականը Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացումն է:
Լաչինի միջանցքն Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող կյանքի ճանապարհ է, որի չգործելը հղի է ծանրագույն հումանիտար հետևանքներով: Այս ճանապարհի պարբերական արգելափակումը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծում է ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի առկայության անհրաժեշտությունը։
Կոչ ենք անում միջազգային հանրությանը՝ դատապարտել Ադրբեջանի սադրիչ քայլերն ու ռազմատենչ վարքագիծը, տալ համարժեք գնահատականներ և ձեռնարկել ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությունից բխող գործողություններ։
Զորակցելով Արցախում առաքելություն իրականացնող ռուս խաղաղապահներին կոչ ենք անում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունից բխող անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ կիրառել՝ Լաչինի միջանցքի անխափան աշխատանքն ապահովելու և ադրբեջանիցների սադրանքները կանխելու համար։
Կոչ ենք անում մեր արցախահայ քույրերին ու եղբայրներին չտրվել սադրանքներին, պահպանել զգոնությունը։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ունի հանձնառություն Արցախի նկատմամբ և ամբողջությամբ տեր է կանգնելու իր հանձնառությանը։
