Արցախում չեն ընկրկում դժվարությունների առջև. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Սեպտեմբերի վերջին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել էր. «Մենք կարծում ենք, որ Հայաստանը և Ադրբեջանը կարող են փոխադարձաբար ճանաչել միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, իսկ Ղարաբաղի քննարկման հիմնական շահառուն պետք է լինի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովուրդը՝ իր ընտրված ներկայացուցիչների միջոցով»: Թե՛ քաղաքական ուժերը, թե՛ փորձագիտական հանրույթը սա որակեցին որպես հաստատում այն բանի, որ Փաշինյանի պատկերացրած խաղաղության պայմանագրով Արցախը լինելու է Ադրբեջանի կազմում: Սրան զուգահեռ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը ոչ մեկ անգամ ակնարկել կամ ուղղակի պարզ ասել են, որ արցախահայության անվտանգության երաշխավորն ու անվտանգության երաշխիքի առաջնային պատասխանատուն ռուս խաղաղապահներն են: Մի խոսքով, Արցախից ձեռք են քաշել ու ամեն ինչ թողել արցախցիների ու ռուսների վրա:
Ուստի, բնական է, որ այս օրերին, երբ թշնամին հերթական հանցագործությունն է իրականացնում, հարցի լուծման բեռն իրենց վրա են կրում հենց խաղաղապահ զորախումբը, Արցախի ժողովուրդը, ԱՀ կառավարությունն ու խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունները: Մինչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը քանի օր է՝ «լռության ուխտ» է հայտարարել, մինչ ԱՀ նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, ինչպես առիթ ունեցել են նշելու, խուսափում է ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետ կապված հարցերի վերաբերյալ պարզաբանումներ ներկայացնել, ամենօրյա ռեժիմով քայլեր են ձեռնարկում խորհրդարանի խմբակցություններն ու գործադիրը: Բացի հայտարարություններից, միջազգային հանրությանը դիմելուց, Արցախի պետնախարարի մոտ անընդհատ խորհրդակցություններ են՝ տարբեր ոլորտներում առաջացող խնդիրներին և, ընդհանրապես, ստեղծված վիճակին լուծում տալու նպատակով:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, որքան էլ վիճակը ծանր է, սակայն Արցախում կան անհանգստություններ, սակայն խուճապ չկա, թեպետ թշնամին տեղեկատվական հարթակներով փորձում է ապատեղեկություն տարածել: Ի դեպ, պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ևս նախօրեին նշել էր, որ չպետք է խուճապի մատնվել և պետք է շարունակել աշխատել համակարգված և պատասխանատու կերպով: «Թեև Արցախում մեծ է մարդասիրական ճգնաժամի վտանգը, սակայն ոչ ոք չի պատրաստվում ընկրկել դժվարությունների առաջ»,-ասել էր նա:
