«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ադրբեջանական հանցագործ սադրանքներից միայն երեք օր անց Ազգային ժողովն ընդունեց «Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հումանիտար ճգնաժամ հարուցելու մասին» հայտարարություն: Ուշագրավ է, որ այն ընդունվեց ընդամենը 57 կողմ ձայնով, այսինքն՝ քպականների որոշակի մասը ևս չի քվեարկել: Ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունները լքել էին նիստերի դահլիճը՝ հայտարարելով, որ ՔՊ-ի ներկայացրած օրակարգը համարժեք չէ Հայաստանի ու Արցախի շուրջ ստեղծված ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակին։

Բազմաթիվ փորձագետներ ևս երեկ նշում էին, որ ԱԺ հայտարարությունը անատամ է, և տպավորություն կա, որ ընդունել է «պտիչկա» դնելու համար: Ի դեպ, անկարևոր չէ նշել, որ ընդդիմության առաջարկած նախագիծը, որը քպականները հրաժարվեցին քննարկել, գոնե առնվազն երկու առանցքային տարբերություն ուներ: Նախ՝ հստակ շեշտվում էր, որ Արցախը չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում, երկրորդ՝ հասցեական նշվում էր Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի հարցը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է բուն քննարկմանը, ապա քպականները առիթը բաց չթողեցին դարձյալ սլաքներն ուղղել Ռուսաստանի ուղղությամբ: Ավելին, եղավ առաջարկ՝ «ՌԴ-ին կոչ է արվում» ձևակերպումը փոխել «Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից պահանջում ենք» ձևակերպմամբ: Զուգահեռ քպականները ինտենսիվ քննարկում էին ընդդիմությանը: Քննարկումից այնպիսի տպավորություն էր, որ իշխանական պատգամավորներն ավելի մեղմ էին թշնամական երկրի մասին իրենց որակումներում, քան հայաստանյան ընդդիմության ու ռուս խաղաղապահների հասցեին արված գնահատականներում:
