ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն մեկնաբանել է թուրք գեներալ-գնդապետ Բախտիյար Էրսաիի՝ Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարի խորհրդականի պաշտոնում նշանակումը:

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան, այսօրվա ճեպազրույցում պատասխանելով հայ լրագրողի հարցին առ այն, թե «ինչպե՞ս է Ռուսաստանը վերաբերվում ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկրի գեներալին Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարության ղեկավարի խորհրդական նշանակելուն, և ինչո՞ւ է Ռուսաստանը աչք փակում Թուրքիայի հետ Ադրբեջանի համագործակցության վրա, եթե բացասաբար է վերաբերվում ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ մյուս հետխորհրդային երկրների համագործակցությանը», ասել է, որ ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանում, այլ նաև Հայաստանում կան օտարերկրյա խորհրդականներ։

«Ես համաձայն չեմ ձեզ հետ: Ես  օտարերկրյա քաղաքացի հանդիսացող խորհրդականներ եմ տեսնում ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանում, այլ նաև Ադրբեջանիև Ռուսաստանի հարևան այլ երկրներում։ Հայաստանում էլ կան այդպիսի մարդիկ։ Ուստի ես չեմ ընդունում ձեր նախատինքը։ Յուրաքանչյուր երկիր ունի իր գործընկերների հետ ռազմական և ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությունը զարգացնելու ինքնիշխան իրավունք։ Միաժամանակ, կարծում ենք, որ այդ համագործակցությունը չպետք է ուղղվի երրորդ երկրների դեմ և չպետք է խախտի ուժերի հավասարակշռությունը Հարավային Կովկասում։ Մենք պարբերաբար այս թեզը ներկայացնում ենք տարածաշրջանի մեր գործընկերների ուշադրությանը»,- ասել է նա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ BBC-ն ծավալուն հոդվածով անդրադարձել է թուրք գեներալ Բախտիյար Էրսաիի՝ Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարի խորհրդականի պաշտոնում նշանակմանը՝ այն որակելով «կարևոր քայլ» Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի ռազմական ներուժը միավորելու հարցում։

Նշվում է, որ թուրք գեներալ-գնդապետ Բախտիյար Էրսաին Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարար Զաքիր Հասանովի խորհրդական նշանակվելուց հետո, ըստ տեղական ԱՊԱ գործակալության, պաշտպանության նախարարության կոլեգիայի նիստում խոսել է ադրբեջանական բանակը թուրքական զինված ուժերի մոդելին համապատասխանեցնելու իր աշխատանքի, ինչպես նաև ծրագրվածի բարեփոխումների մասին։

Ըստ հոդվածի՝ Էրսաիի նշանակումից հետո իրականացվող բարեփոխումները ազդեցություն կունենան նաև տարածաշրջանի վրա։

«Դա կլինի միասնական բանակ, որը, ըստ անհրաժեշտության, կմասնակցի այս կամ այն գործողությանը, և սա միասնության ցուցադրություն է ի դեմս Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի և Հայաստանի»,- վստահ է Իսազադեն։

Ադրբեջանը  ռազմական հակամարտություն ունի ոչ միայն հարևան Հայաստանի հետ, այլև բարդ հարաբերություններ երկու հարևան երկրի՝ Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի հետ։

Աշնանը Իրանը զորավարժություններ է անցկացրել Ադրբեջանի սահմանների մոտ։ Ադրբեջանական և թուրքական բանակները պատասխան զորավարժություններ են անցկացրել, որին մասնակցել է Բախտիյար Էրսաին, եզրափակել է BBC-ն։
