Արդեն հինգերորդ օրն է՝ իրենց «բնապահպան» ներկայացնող ադրբեջանցիներն անօրինական կերպով փակել են Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող միակ ճանապարհը։ Առ այսօր Արցախի Հանրապետության 120.000 բնակիչ՝ այդ թվում 30.000 երեխա, շրջափակման մեջ են՝ զրկված առաջին անհրաժեշտության միջոցներից։ Ներկայումս ամբողջությամբ դադարեցված է սննդի, բժշկական պարագաների և վառելիքի մատակարարումն Արցախ: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլյանը:
«Մինչդեռ Ստեփանակերտում պատրաստ է ամբողջովին գործառնող օդանավակայան, որն այս պահին հնարավորությոն ունի մարդասիրական օգնությամբ ինքնաթիռներ ընդունելու: Փրկության այս ճանապարհը գործածելու համար անհրաժեշտ է միայն միջազգային հանրության վճռականությունը։ Որպեսզի հումանիտար ինքնաթիռները թռիչքներ կատարեն Արցախ, աշխարհը պետք է դրսևորի համամարդկային արժեքներին հետևելու կամքն ու հստակ որոշումը։
Այս ուղղությամբ դիվանագիտական դաշտում տարվող աշխատանքներն ավելի ինտենսիվ բնույթ պետք է կրեն։ Անհրաժեշտ է գործածել բոլոր ջանքերը, ձեռք բերել անհրաժեշտ պայմանավորվածությունները, օգտագործել բոլոր ռեսուրսներն ու միջոցներն այդ վճռական որոշմանը հասնելու համար։
Որպեսզի Ադրբեջանի սադրանքներն այլևս ճգնաժամերի չբերեն, որպեսզի նման կոլապսային իրավիճակներում չհայտնվենք, Արցախում հումանիտար օդային միջանցքի բացումը պետք է դառնա օրակարգային և հրատապ լուծում։ Արցախը, որպես առանձին համայնք պահպանելու համար, օդային ճանապարհն անհրաժեշտություն է»,- գրել է Թանդիլյանը։
