Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը, Վրաստանի վարչապետ Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլին, Հունգարիայի վարչապետ Վիկտոր Օրբանը և Ռումինիայի վարչապետ Նիկոլա Չուկեն դեկտեմբերի 17-ին Բուխարեստում կայացած գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքներով ստորագրել են «Կանաչ էներգիայի զարգացման և տեղափոխման ոլորտում ռազմավարական գործընկերության մասին» միջկառավարական համաձայնագիր:
