Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ՝ ի պատասխան Ռուսաստանի դեմ ԵՄ պատժամիջոցների նոր փաթեթի ընդունման:

«Դեկտեմբերի 16-ին Ռուսաստանի դեմ սանձազերծված պատժամիջոցային ագրեսիայի շրջանակում ԵՄ Խորհուրդն ընդունել է մեր երկրի նկատմամբ ոչ լեգիտիմ միակողմանի սահմանափակող միջոցների հերթական «փաթեթը»։ Այդ որոշումը սկզբունքորեն ոչինչ չի տալիս Եվրամիության հետ հարաբերություններին։ 

ԵՄ-ի ղեկավարներն անկարող են դուրս գալ սահմանափակումների փակ շրջանակից եւ ընդունել հակառուսական բոլոր պատժամիջոցների եւ Ռուսաստանի վրա ճնշում գործադրելու քաղաքականության ապարդյունությունը։ Ներկայիս «փաթեթը» կունենա նույն ազդեցությունը, ինչ բոլոր նախորդները, այսինքն՝ սոցիալ-տնտեսական խնդիրների սրում հենց Եվրամիությունում։ Բրյուսելի չմտածված քայլերի պատճառով ԵՄ քաղաքացիներն արդեն բախվել են էներգետիկ դեֆիցիտի եւ աննախադեպ «պատժամիջոցային ինֆլյացիայի», իսկ Եվրամիության տնտեսության վրա կախված է ապաինդուստրիալիզացիայի իրական սպառնալիքը։ Հակառուսական քաղաքականության ցավոտ հետեւանքները ԵՄ-ի համար կաճեն, այդ թվում՝ ոչ առանց ԱՄՆ-ի աջակցության։

Հակառուսական պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու Եվրամիության մոլուցքը զգալի վնաս է հասցրել եւ հասցնում Աֆրիկայի, Ասիայի, Լատինական Ամերիկայի զարգացող պետություններին, որոնք չեն կարող մրցել Արեւմուտքի երկրների հետ ռեսուրսների համար պայքարում։

Ինչ վերաբերում է ԵՄ անդամ երկրների տարածքում եւս չորս ռուսական լրատվամիջոցների հեռարձակման արգելքին, ապա նման ավտորիտար միջոցները, ցավոք, Բրյուսելի համար դարձել են «սովորական պրակտիկա»։ 

Ուշադրություն ենք դարձրել պատժամիջոցների նոր «փաթեթի» դրույթներին, որոնք նախատեսում են ԵՄ անդամ երկրների կողմից պատժամիջոցների ռեժիմից առանձին բացառություններ տրամադրելու հնարավորություն՝ ի շահ պարենի եւ պարարտանյութերի մի շարք ռուս արտահանողների: Այս քայլը, ըստ էության, Եվրամիության կողմից ակնհայտի ճանաչումն է. դրա սահմանափակող միջոցները երկար ժամանակ խարխլում են համաշխարհային պարենային անվտանգությունը, քանի որ դրանք ուղղված են ռուսական ագրոարդյունաբերական համալիրի դեմ եւ էական խոչընդոտներ են ստեղծում մեր գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքների արտահանումը երրորդ երկրներ արտահանելու համար: Եթե Բրյուսելում լուրջ են վերաբերվում պարենային անվտանգության հարցերին, ապա նման քայլերը պետք է լինեն ոչ թե կոսմետիկ, այլ համապարփակ, եւ նախատեսեն պատժամիջոցների փաթեթից բոլոր սահմանափակող միջոցների իրավական վերացում, որոնք ուղղակիորեն կամ անուղղակիորեն ազդում են հացահատիկի, պարարտանյութերի եւ դրանց արտադրության համար հումքի մատակարարման վրա»,-ասվում է Զախարովայի հայտարարության մեջ։
