Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի Հանրապետական խմբակցության պատգամավոր Առաքել Մովսիսյանի (Շմայս) հերթական գռեհկաբանությունը նժդեհական կուսակցության գաղափարախոսական թևի ռահվիրա և ԱԺ խոսնակ Գալուստ Սահակյանը համարում է փոխաբերություն:

Իհարկե, թերևս միայն Սահակյանի լեզվամտածողության սահմաններում կարող է «բռնաբարությունը» ունենալ փոխաբերական իմաստ, չնայած այն փաստին, որ «բռնաբարությունը» իր բոլոր ուղղակի, անուղղակի և հոմանիշ իմաստներով, մեղմ ասած, շատ վատ բան է:

Սակայն որքան էլ զավեշտալի թվա, Գալուստ Գրիգորիչի ձևակերպումներում առկա է ճշմարտության հատիկ: Իրականում այն ամենն, ինչ հնչում է հայաստանյան իշխանական «վերնախավի» շուրթերից, փոխաբերական իմաստ ունի: Այստեղ արդեն կարևոր չէ, թե խոսքը գնում է մեկ անհատի, ներքին կամ արտաքին քաղաքականության, երկրի իրական վիճակի կամ նմանատիպ որևէ այլ ոլորտի մասին:

Հանրապետական այս փոխաբերականությունը բխում է այն իրականությունից, որի մեջ գտնվում է առկա վարչակարգը, իսկ այդ իրականությունը իրավամբ կարող են համարել փոխաբերական:

ԱԺ փոխաբերականությունը

Ազգային ժողովի մասին խոսելիս, և առավել ևս նրա կազմն ուսումնասիրելիս, ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ սույն պետական մարմինը մեծ զիջումներով և միայն փոխաբերական իմաստով կարելի է համարել երկրի բարձրագույն օրենսդիր մարմին, քանի որ հիշատակված Առաքել Մովսիսյանի տեսակը բավական մեծ պոպուլյացիա ունի ԱԺ-ում: Թե ինչքանով սույն պոպուլյացիան կարող է զբաղվել օրենսդիր գործունեությամբ՝ հետևությունը թողնում ենք ընթերցողին:

Կառավարության և մյուս վարչական օղակների փոխաբերականությունը

Իրադրությունը պակաս «փոխաբերական» չէ նաև գործադիր մարմնում: Երկրի կառավարում եզրույթը միայն փոխաբերական իմաստով կարող ենք կիրառել հիշյալ մարմնի գործունեության մասին, քանի որ մեծ հաշվով պարզ չէ, թե ինչով են զբաղվում այնտեղ հավաքված անհատները կամ միավորված գերատեսչությունները, որոնց գործառութային պարտականությունների իրականացումը իրենից ներկայացնում է անհնարինության չափ փոխաբերություն, որի լավագույն արտահայտումներից մեկը, ասենք, ՀՀ Արտգործնախարարության լիարժեք իմպոտենտությունն է, երբ օրեր շարունակ հնարավոր չէ հստակ տեղեկություն ստանալ՝ արդյո՞ք Բրազիլիայի Սենատը ճանաչել է Ցեղասպանությունը, թե ոչ: Ինչ վերաբերվում է մարզպետներին, ապա ընդամենը պետք է տալ Սյունիքի մարզպետի անունը, որպեսզի պարզ դառնա, որ պետական այր անվանումը հիշյալ «պոպուլյացիայի» անդամների վերաբերյալ կրկին կիրառում ենք փոխաբերական իմաստով:

Դատաիրավական փոխաբերություն

Հայաստանյան դատաիրավական համակարգ ձևակերպումն արդեն իսկ փոխաբերություն է, և այստեղ ավելացնելու բան էլ չկա, քանի որ առկա պայմաններում մենք ունենք ոչ թե համակարգ, այլ վարչակարգից եկող պատվերների դակիչ հանձնաժողով, որը հեռավոր աղերսներ անգամ չունի պետության բարձրագույն դատական իշխանության հետ:
