2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 16-ին ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն գեներալ-մայոր Արմեն Աբազյանի գլխավորությամբ տեղի է ունեցել Գերիների, պատանդների և անհայտ կորած անձանց հարցերով զբաղվող միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի հերթական նիստը, տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ից։
«Նիստին մասնակցել են գերիների, պատանդների և անհայտ կորած անձանց ընտանիքների անդամներ և հարազատներ, ինչպես նաև հանձնաժողովին կից գործող աշխատանքային խմբի անդամները:
Նիստի ընթացքում միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ գեներալ-մայոր Արմեն Աբազյանի կողմից նշվել են այն առաջնահերթությունները, որոնք ի հայտ էին եկել հանձնաժողովի նախորդ նիստից հետո կատարված աշխատանքների ամփոփման և վերլուծության արդյունքում: Հատկապես կարևորվել են գերիների, պատանդների և անհայտ կորած (գտնվելու վայրն անհայտ) անձանց վերաբերյալ հարցերի իրավական կարգավորման անհրաժեշտությունը և որոշվել է կոնկրետ քայլեր ձեռնարկել ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության համակարգմամբ համապատասխան օրենքի հայեցակարգի նախագծի մշակման ուղղությամբ:
Գերիների, պատանդների և անհայտ կորած անձանց հարազատների հետ մշտական կապ ապահովելու նպատակով հստակ հանձնարարություններ են տրվել: Մասնավորապես՝ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության համապատասխան աշխատակիցների միջոցով կապահովվի ծնողների ու հարազատների դիմումների և առաջարկությունների ստացման և արձանագրման գործընթացը՝ աշխատանքային խմբին փոխանցելու նպատակով:
Նիստի ընթացքում հանձնաժողովի անդամները ներկայացրել են կատարված աշխատանքները, նախորդ նիստի ընթացքում հանձնաժողովի նախագահի կողմից տրված հանձնարարականների իրականացման ընթացքը, ինչպես նաև պատասխանել են նիստին ներկա գտնվող ծնողների ու հարազատների կողմից հնչեցված հարցերին:
Նիստն ամփոփվել է հանձնաժողովի անդամներին տրված հստակ հանձնարարականներով»,- նշված է հաղորդագրությունում:
