ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտնել է, որ Ռուսաստանին միացած նոր շրջաններում իրավիճակը չափազանց բարդ է։ Նա միևնույն ժամանակ վստահություն է հայտնել, որ ՌԴ նոր սուբյեկտների բնակիչների, նրանց իրավունքների և ազատությունների պաշտպանությունը երկրի անվտանգության մարմինների պարտականությունն է։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է ТАСС գործակալությունը։
Անվտանգության մարմինների աշխատողի օրվա կապակցությամբ իր ուղերձում Վլադիմիր Պուտինն ուշադրություն է հրավիրել անվտանգության մարմինների ստորաբաժանումների վրա, որոնք սկսել են աշխատել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նոր սուբյեկտներում։
«Այո՛, հիմա ձեզ համար դժվար է. իրավիճակը Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետություններում, Խերսոնի և Զապորոժիեի շրջաններում չափազանց բարդ է», - ասել է Պուտինը:
ՌԴ ղեկավարը շեշտել է, որ այնտեղ ապրող մարդկանց անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար պետք է արվի ամեն ինչ։
«Սակայն այնտեղ ապրող մարդիկ՝ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիները, հույսը դնում են ձեզ վրա, ձեր պաշտպանության վրա: Եվ ձեր պարտքն է անել ամեն ինչ՝ առավելագույնս ապահովելու նրանց անվտանգությունը, նրանց իրավունքների և ազատությունների պահպանումը», - ասել է Պուտինը անվտանգության ծառայությունների աշխատակիցներին։
ՌԴ նախագահի խոսքով՝ երկրի իշխանությունները նոր ստորաբաժանումները կուժեղացնեն փորձառու անձնակազմով, ժամանակակից տեխնիկայով ու սպառազինությամբ։
Հիշեցնենք՝ Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի ժողովրդական հանրապետություններում, Խերսոնի և Զապորոժիեի մարզերում ՌԴ-ի կազմ մտնելու հարցով հանրաքվեներ էին անցկացվել սեպտեմբերին։ Դրանց արդյունքների համաձայն՝ նշված չորս շրջանները միացել են Ռուսաստանին։
Ուկրաինան չի ճանաչել քվեարկության արդյունքները։ Հանրաքվեները դատապարտվել են ՄԱԿ-ի և բազմաթիվ երկրների կողմից, որոնք նշել են, որ դրանց անցկացումը խախտում է միջազգային իրավունքը։
