ԱԻ պետական ծառայության տնօրեն, գնդապետ Մեխակ Արզումանյանի հրամանով, ծառայության հրամանատարական պատրաստության անձնակազմի տեսական գիտելիքների մակարդակը բարձրացնելու և գործնական հմտությունները կատարելագործելու նպատակով, 2022 թվականի քաղպաշտպանության հարցերի, արտակարգ իրավիճակների կանխարգելման և հետևանքների վերացման հիմնական միջոցառումների պլանի համաձայն, այսօր ծառայության փրկարար ուժերի վարչության հրամանատարական պատրաստության 3-րդ խմբի անձնակազմի հետ անց է կացվել մեկօրյա հավաք: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Արցախի ԱԻՊԾ-ից։
Պարապմունքների նպատակն է բարձրացնել մասնակիցների տեսական գիտելիքների մակարդակը, կատարելագործել գործնական հմտությունները ծառայողական պարտականությունների կատարման ժամանակ:
Ունեցած հմտությունները կատարելագործելու նպատակով ընտրվել են հետևյալ թեմաները.
Փրկարարական աշխատանքների տարածքում տեղեկությունների հավաք, որոշումների ընդունում և իրավիճակի գնահատում: Անվտանգությունը բարձրությունների վրա փրկարարական աշխատանքներ իրականացնելիս, պարզ և բարդ գործիքների ծանոթացում, անվտանգության կանոնները զինամթերքի հետ վարվելիս, առաջին օգնության հիմունքները և առօրյա ծառայությանն առնչվող այլ թեմաներ:
