Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող միակ ճանապարհի՝ Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակման վերաբերյալ Իրանի արտաքին գերծերի նախարարության խոսնակ Նասեր Քանանին ասել է, որը Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը մշտապես ընդգծել է Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև վեճերի խաղաղ լուծման կարևորությունը: Այս մասին հայտնում է khabarfoori.com կայքը:

Դեկտեմբերի 12-ից ադրբեջանցի «բնապահպանները» փակել են Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող միակ ճանապարհը՝ Լաչինի միջանցքը, որի առնչությամբ ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի հրամանատարությունը բանակցում է Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչների հետ՝ վերսկսելու քաղաքացիական տրանսպորտի անխափան շարժը։
ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտը, ԵՄ-ն կոչ են արել ադրբեջանական կողմին ապաշրջափակել Լաչինի միջանցքը։ Բաքուն տեղի ունեցողը որակել է «քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստների և բնապահպանների բողոքի ակցիա»՝ ընդդեմ «հայկական կողմի հանքերի անօրինական շահագործման»։
ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովայի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանը անհանգստացած է Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակմամբ և հուսով է, որ մոտ ապագայում այնտեղ կվերականգնվեն լիարժեք տրանսպորտային կապերը։
