«ԼՈՒՅՍ» հիմնադրամը ուսումնասիրել է եվրոպական և համաշխարհային էներգետիկ շուկայում ստեղծված իրավիճակը՝ 2022թ․ փետրվարի 24-ից հետո։

Համաշխարհային էներգետիկ շուկայում հետհամավարակային վերականգնումը մեծ թափ հավաքեց դեռևս 2021-ին․ էներգակիրների համաշխարհային պահանջարկը 2021թ․ արդյունքում վերադարձավ նախահամավարակային ցուցանիշներին։ Միայն 2021թ․ ընթացքում նախորդող տարվա համեմատ գազի մեծածախ գները Եվրոպայում արդեն իսկ ավելացել էին ավելի քան 400%-ով։

2022թ․ մարտի 7-ին Եվրոպայում՝ Նիդեռլանդների գազի հաբում (TTF) 1000 մ3 գազի գինը հասավ ռեկորդային $3800-ի, ինչը համարժեք է նավթի $600/բարել արժեքին և մոտ 70 անգամ գերազանցում է ներռուսաստանյան շուկայում գազի միջին գնին։

2021թ․ տվյալներով ԱՄՆ-ը և Ռուսաստանը հանդիսանում են բնական գազի արդյունահանման տեսանկյունից երկու համաշխարհային առաջատարները՝ 2021-ին այս երկրները միասին կիսել են համաշխարհային արդյունահանման 40,5%-ը․ ԱՄՆ-ը՝ 934,2 մլրդ մ3 կամ 23,1%, ՌԴ-ն՝ 701,7 մլրդ մ3 կամ 17,4%։ Վերջին տասը տարիներին՝ 2011-2021թթ․ ԱՄՆ-ում բնական գազի արդյունահանումը ավելացել է տարեկան միջինը 4,2%-ով, այսինքն՝ 2021-ին 2011-ի համեմատ աճը կազմել է ավելի քան 50%։

Գազի արդյունահանման 2021թ․ տեմպի պահպանման պարագայում ԱՄՆ պաշարները կսպառվեն 13 տարուց, իսկ ՌԴ պաշարները՝ 53 տարի անց։ Այսինքն՝ ոլորտում ԱՄՆ-ՌԴ մրցակցությունը կարճաժամկետ և միջնաժամկետ բնույթ է կրում, ուստի ԱՄՆ-ը փորձելու է առաջիկա տարիներին առավելագույնի հասցնել այդ մրցակցության արդյունքում ստացվող քաղաքական առավելությունները։

ԵՄ-ը 2021թ․ դրությամբ արդյունահանել է ընդամենը 44 մլրդ մ3 գազ, սպառել է՝ 396.6 մլրդ մ3։ 2021թ․ դրությամբ ԵՄ-ին բաժին է ընկնում նավթի համաշխարհային արդյունահանման ընդամենը 0,4%-ը, բայց սպառման 11.1%-ը։

Միայն 2022թ․ առաջին 6 ամիսներին ՌԴ նավթագազային եկամուտները գերազանցել են 2020թ․ ողջ տարվա ցուցանիշը, ինչպես նաև 2021թ․ եկամուտների 70%-ը։

Միայն Ռուսաստանը, Իրանը, Թուրքմենստանն ու Կատարը միասին տիրապետում են գազի համաշխարհային հաստատված պաշարների 57,3%-ին, ինչը նշանակում է, որ այս երկրները միջնաժամկետ և երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով առանցքային ազդեցություն են ունենալու գազի համաշխարհային շուկայում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների վրա։

«Էներգետիկ ճգնաժամը Եվրոպայում և ադրբեջանական գազի գործոնը» վերտառությամբ վերլուծությունն ամբողջությամբ հասանելի է հետևյալ հղումով:
