Ռուսաստանն ու Իրանը կառուցում են նոր անդրմայրցամաքային առեւտրային երթուղի, որը ձգվում է Եվրոպայի արեւելյան ծայրամասից մինչեւ Հնդկական օվկիանոս՝ 3000 կմ երկարությամբ, որը հասանելի չէ ցանկացած օտարերկրյա միջամտության համար, գրում է Bloomberg-ը։
Երկու երկրներն էլ միլիարդավոր դոլարներ են ծախսում Կասպից ծովը երկաթուղային ճանապարհներով եւ գետերով բեռների առաքումն արագացնելու համար: Bloomberg-ի տվյալներով՝ տասնյակ ռուսական եւ իրանական նավեր, այդ թվում՝ պատժամիջոցների տակ գտնվող նավերը, արդեն շարժվում են այդ երթուղով։
Սա օրինակ է այն բանի, թե ինչպես մեծ տերությունների մրցակցությունը համաշխարհային տնտեսության մեջ արագորեն փոխում է առեւտրային ցանցերը, որոնք պատրաստ են բաժանվել մրցակից բլոկերի: Պատժամիջոցների հսկայական ճնշման տակ Ռուսաստանն ու Իրանը նայում են մեկ ուղղությամբ՝ դեպի արեւելք, նշում է պարբերականը։ Նպատակն է պաշտպանել առեւտրային հարաբերությունները Արեւմուտքի միջամտությունից եւ նոր կապեր հաստատել Ասիայի հսկայական եւ արագ աճող տնտեսության հետ:
Առեւտրային միջանցքը թույլ կտա Ռուսաստանին եւ Իրանին հաղթահարել գոյություն ունեցող երթուղիներից հազարավոր կիլոմետրեր։ Նրա հյուսիսային ծայրում գտնվում է Ազովի ծովը, որը սահմանափակված է Ղրիմի թերակղզով, ներառյալ Մարիուպոլ նավահանգիստը եւ Դոնի գետաբերանը։
Այնտեղից գետային, ծովային եւ երկաթուղային ցանցերը տարածվում են Կասպից ծովում եւ, ի վերջո, Հնդկական օվկիանոսում գտնվող իրանական կենտրոններում:
Լոնդոնի միջազգային ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի եւ ռուսական արտաքին քաղաքականության ու պատժամիջոցների հարցերով փորձագետ Մարիա Շահինայի գնահատմամբ՝ Ռուսաստանը եւ Իրանը մինչեւ 25 միլիարդ դոլար կներդնեն ներքին առեւտրային միջանցքում՝ օգնելով հեշտացնել ապրանքների հոսքը, որոնք Արեւմուտքը ցանկանում է արգելափակել: «Երկու երկրներն էլ «մուկ ու կատու են խաղում»»։ Նրանք կգտնեն արգելված ապրանքներ եւ զենքեր տեղափոխելու բոլոր բացերը»,-հավելել է նա։
