«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Նախօրեին Հայաստանի ԱԽ քարտուղարն ասել է, թե «Լաչինի միջանցքի պատասխանատուն Ռուսաստանն է»: Սա, իհարկե, վաղուց նորություն չէ. քպական մի շարք «կարկառուններ» ոչ մեկ անգամ Արցախի անվտանգության ամբողջ բեռը գցել են ռուսների վրա: Օրերս այդ «ֆլեշ-մոբին» միացել էին իշխանություններին կից որոշ կուսակցապետեր, որոնք հայտնի են իրենց արևմտամոլությամբ, հակառուսականությամբ, և որոնք «արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի ակումբի» շրջանակներում պարբերաբար հանդիպում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Խոսքը մասնավորաբար Տիգրան Խզմալյանի, Դավիթ Սանասարյանի, Լևոն Շիրինյանի մասին է, որոնք, ձայն-ձայնի տված, նշում էին, թե «Լաչինի միջանցքը Ադրբեջանը չի փակել, ռուսներն են փակել»:
Այս մասին առիթ ունեցել ենք նշել, սակայն հետաքրքիր նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել: Իշխանական մեր աղբյուրները հայտնում են, որ սա ամենևին ինքնագործունեություն չէ, և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է իր արտախորհրդարանական գործընկերներին հանձնարարել՝ Հայաստանը և Արցախը կապող ճանապարհը փակելու հարցում «մեղքի սլաքները» ուղղել բացառապես ռուսների վրա, խոսքի մեջ էլ խոստանալով, որ շուտով այդ մասին կխոսեն նաև Ադրբեջանից։ Եվ ահա, հետաքրքիր «զուգադիպությամբ» նշյալ անձանց հետ նաև Իլհամ Ալիևի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևն է գրեթե նույնությամբ կրկնում նույն միտքը:
Բազմաթիվ փորձագետներ նշում են, որ այս ամենի նպատակն է վերջնականապես վարկաբեկել ռուս խաղաղապահ առաքելության գործունեությունը, իսկ հետագայում երկու կողմից հանդես գալ խաղաղապահներին Արցախից, այնուհետ նաև ՌԴ ամբողջ զորախումբը Հայաստանից դուրս բերելու կոչերով։ Ի դեպ, հավելենք, որ նման դիրքորոշում էին արտահայտում նաև ԱԺԲ-ի ղեկավարները վերջին շաբաթվա ըննթացքում իրենց անցկացրած ակցիաների ժամանակ։
