Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը կոչ է արել Եվրոպային անվտանգության հարցում ավելի քիչ հույսը դնել ԱՄՆ-ի վրա և Ռուսաստանին տրամադրել անվտանգության երաշխիքներ՝ Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի ավարտի բանակցությունների շրջանակում:
Այդ մասին գրում է WSJ-ը՝ մանրամասնելով, որ Մակրոնն այս մասին ասել է Ամմանում կայացած գագաթնաժողովից Փարիզ վերադառնալիս՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում:
Ֆրանսիայի նախագահն առաջարկել է ուժեղացնել եվրոպացիների ազդեցությունը Դաշինքի ներսում և զարգացնել սեփական պաշտպանական ներուժը՝ գործելով «ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ, բայց նաև ՆԱՏՕ-ից անկախ»;
WSJ-ը հիշեցնում է, որ դեկտեմբերի սկզբին՝ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի հետ հանդիպումից հետո, Մակրոնը կոչ էր արել երաշխիքներ տալ ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինին, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն ավելի չի ընդլայնվի։
«Ամենակարևոր բաներից մեկը, որը մենք պետք է հաշվի առնենք, ինչպես միշտ ասել է նախագահ Պուտինը, վախն է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն անմիջապես իր դռան մոտ գա և կտեղակայի զենք, որը կարող է սպառնալ Ռուսաստանին», - ասել է Մակրոնը:
Միևնույն ժամանակ, Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը աջակցում է Ուկրաինայի «բացարձակ պաշտպանությանը», իսկ «Ուկրաինայի հաղթանակի համար մարտադաշտն» այնուհետև պետք է ամրագրվի «նոր տեքստով, որը պետք է մկրտի նոր կարգ, որն էլ իր հերթին կապահովի քաղաքական կայունություն և անվտանգություն այս տարածաշրջանի և Եվրոպայի համար»:
Այս նոր ճարտարապետության շրջանակներում անվտանգության երաշխիքները, ըստ Մակրոնի, պետք է տարածվեն ոչ միայն Ուկրաինայի և Ռուսաստանի, այլ նաև Ադրբեջանի, Վրաստանի, Մոլդովայի և Հայաստանի վրա:
«Երբ ես խոսում եմ երաշխիքների մասին, ես նկատի ունեմ բոլոր այս երկրները՝ և՛ մեզ, և՛ Ռուսաստանի համար»,- ասել է Մակրոնը։
