Ռուս խաղաղապահները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում գործում են բոլոր ստորագրված պայմանավորվածություններին համապատասխան, ասել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ՌԻԱ «Նովոստի»-ն, նա այսպես մեկնաբանել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությայն այն մասին, որ ՌԴ զորախումբը չի կատարում Լաչինի միջանցքի վերահսկողության իր պարտավորությունները։
«Ռուս խաղաղապահներն անում են հնարավոր ամեն ինչ՝ ապահովելու կարգուկանոնն ու հանգստություն այն տարածքներում, որտեղ նրանք աշխատում են: Նրանք գործում են բացառապես երկրների միջև ստորագրված համապատասխան փաստաթղթերի ոգուն և տառին համապատասխան»,- ասել է Կրեմլի խոսնակը։
Նա ընդգծել է, որ Մոսկվան կշարունակի այդ հարցը քննարկել հայ դաշնակիցների հետ։
Դեկտեմբերի 12-ին ադրբեջանական կողմը փակել է Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս ճանապարհը՝ Արցախը Հայաստանի հետ կապող միակ ավտոճանապարհը։ Բաքուն հայտարարել է, որ սա «քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստների» և «բնապահպանների» բողոքի ակցիա է հայկական կողմի «անօրինական գործունեության» դեմ։ Ռուս խաղաղապահների հրամանատարությունը բանակցություններ է սկսել Ադրբեջանի հետ՝ քաղաքացիական տրանսպորտի անխոչընդոտ տեղաշարժը վերականգնելու շուրջ։ ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտը Բաքվին կոչ է արել նաեւ ապաշրջափակել Լաչինի միջանցքը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Փաշինյանը Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ հայտարարել է, որ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության 6-րդ դրույթում արձանագրված պարտավորությունը, այն է՝ վերահսկողության տակ պահել Լաչինի միջանցքը, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ զորախումբը չի կատարում:
«Դե ֆակտո ստացվում է, որ եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ արձանագրված պարտավորությունը, այն է՝ վերահսկողության տակ պահել Լաչինի միջանցքը, չի կատարում նաև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ զորախումբը: Իհարկե, նման բան տեղի է ունենում Ադրբեջանի ապօրինի գործողությունների հետևանքով, բայց սրանից իրավիճակը չի փոխվում, որովհետև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ զորախմբի առանցքային իմաստը հենց դա է՝ թույլ չտալ, որ նման ապօրինություն տեղի ունենա և մասնավորապես՝ վերահսկողության տակ պահել Լաչինի միջանցքը»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը:
