Արտակ  Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

12-րդ օրն է, շուրջ 120.000 խաղաղ քաղաքացիների շրջափակել ու ազատ տեղաշարժից զրկել են խուլիգանի կեցվածքով մի խումբ կեղծ «էկոլոգներ»:
 
ԱՄՆ, ՌԴ, ԵՄ, ՄԱԿ ԱԽ, ՄԻԵԴ, Ֆրանսիա, Կանադա, Իսպանիա և այլ երկրներ կոչ են անում բացել Լաչինի հումանիտար միջանցքը և վերականգնել ազատ տեղաշարժը:
 
Փոխարենը` Ադրբեջանի ուժային կառույցները ներկայացնող, Թուրքիայի ռեգիոնալ նվաճողական ծրագրերին աջակցող և բրիտանական բիզնես շահերը պաշտպանող կեղծ «էկոլոգները» ճանապարհը չեն բացում:
Ստացվում է, որ Ադրբեջանը թքած ունի ԱՄՆ պետդեպի վրա, ՌԴ ԱԳՆ վրա, ԵՄ վրա, ՄԱԿ ԱԽ հրատապ նիստի վրա, Ֆրանսիայի, Կանադայի, Իսպանիայի և այլ երկրների պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչների վրա: Թքած ունի, որովհետև մեզ կերակրում են հայտարարություններով, իսկ կուլիսներում բանակցում են Բաքվի հետ, որը` Ռուսաստանի դեմ հանելու համար, որը` գազի, որը` նավթի, որը` կոմունիկացիայի, որը` Ուկրաինային աջակցելու և այլն:
 
Այլապես Արցախի միակ ճանապարհը բացված կլիներ, եթե ԱՄՆ հայտարարություն անելու փոխարեն, օրինակ` սանկցիա կիրառեր Իլհամ և Մեհրիբան Ալիևիների արևմտյան բանկերի անձնական հաշիվների վրա: Լաչինի ճանապարհը կբացվեր, եթե օրինակ` Ռուսաստանը փակեր ցամաքային ճանապարհով Ադրբեջանից ՌԴ մտնող բեռների մուտքը: Լաչինի ճանապարհ բացված կլիներ, եթե Ֆանսիան օրինակ` նախաձեռներ Եվրոպայի Խորհրդում Ադրբեջանի անդամության նպատակահարմարության հարցը, իսկ Կանադան` ասենք նույն աներ ՅՈւՆԵՍԿՕ-ում: Հատկապես, որ վերոնշյալ քայլերի համար առկա են բոլոր հիմնավորումները նաև միջազգային իրավունքի` այդ թվում նաև հումանիտար իրավունքի տեսանկյունից:
 
Իսկ ինչու՞ է 12 օր շարունակ հումանիտար միակ միջանցքը փակ: Այո ճի´շտ եք, որովհետև ՀՀ «իշխանությունները» ինչպես 44-օրյա պատերազմի, ՀՀ սահմանամերձ տարածքների օկուպացիայի, Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհը հանձնելու, Բերձոր-Աղավնոն փեշքեշ անելու և այլ կորուստների ժամանակ եղել են դավաճանի ու քաղաքական ոչնչության դերում, այնպես էլ Լաչինի ճանապարհի հարցում են:
 
Չորս տարում Նիկոլը վերածվեց արտաքին քաղաքական տրյապկայի և դա ակնհայտ է: Ընդ որում ինքն է համաձայնվել այդ դերը ստանձնելուն և ոչ մեկից թող չնեղանա, որ ներհայաստանյան տիրույթում իրեն վիրավորելու աստիճան պիտակավորում ու քննադատում են: Դա բացահայտ ճշմարտություն է և յուրաքանչյուր հայ մարդ, ստեղծված իրավիճակում, իր կարծիքն է բարձրաձայնում դավադիր ու հայրենավաճառ կառավարության մասին:
 
Հիմա ակնհայտ երևում է Սերժ Սարգսյանի ճշմարտացիությունը, որ Նիկոլին իշխանության են բերել խոշոր ուժերը, որոնց ինքը «պարտվել» է 2018թ-ին: Իսկ Նիկոլը համաձայնվել է իշխանության գալու գնով ծառայել թուրք-ադրբեջանական և այլ օտար շահերի` հայկական շահերի հաշվին:
 
Եվ այս իրավիճակում, խեղճ հայ ժողովուրդը պետք է Ամանորի սեղան բացի և միամիտ-միամիտ բարձրացնի հաջողակ ու խաղաղ նոր տարվա կենացը: Ախր չափից շատ միամիտ ու չխրատվող ժողովուրդ ենք:
