ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը Մոսկվայում Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի հետ հանդիպմանը ափսոսանք է հայտնել, որ հայկական կողմը հրաժարվել է եռակողմ հանդիպումից, հայտնում է News.ru-ն։

Նա նշել է, որ Երևանը վերջին պահին որոշել է չմասնակցել միջոցառմանը։

«Այսօրվա համար պայմանավորվել էինք մեր տարածքում անցկացնել Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հանդիպումը՝ շարունակելու խաղաղության պայմանագրի քննարկումը։ Մենք պատրաստվում էինք այս միջոցառմանը, սակայն, ցավոք, վերջին պահին մեր հայ գործընկերները հրաժարվեցին գալ Մոսկվա՝ դա բացատրելով տեղում տիրող իրավիճակով։ Ցավալի է, որ նման հնարավորությունը բաց թողնվեց»,- ասել է Լավրովը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Մոսկվայում դեկտեմբերի 23-ին նախատեսված է եղել Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հանդիպումը, սակայն հայկական կողմը խնդրել է հետաձգել հանդիպումը, քանի որ այս պահին Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարի առաջնահերթությունը Լաչինի միջանցքի անխոչընդոտ վերագործարկման և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հումանիտար ճգնաժամի արդյունքում ստեղծված խնդիրների հասցեագրումն է:Այս մասին ասել է Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Վահան Հունանյանը:

Հարցին՝ ճ՞իշտ են տեղեկությունները, որ խաղաղության պայմանագրի բանակցությունների շրջանակներում Մոսկվայում դեկտեմբերի 23-ին նախատեսված էր Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների միջև հանդիպում, որը չի կայանա, Վահան Հունանյանը պատասխանել է.

«Հայկական կողմը Մոսկվայում կայանալիք հանդիպմանը մասնակցության իր պատրաստակամությունը հաստատել էր շուրջ 2 շաբաթ առաջ՝ մինչև Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի ապօրինի արգելափակումը։ Ակնհայտորեն ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի աշխատանքային առաջնահերթությունն այս պահին 2020 թ նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությանը համապատասխան Լաչինի միջանցքի անխոչընդոտ վերագործարկման և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հումանիտար ճգնաժամի արդյունքում ստեղծված խնդիրների հասցեագրումն է, ինչից ելնելով հայկական կողմը խնդրել է հետաձգել Մոսկվայում նախատեսված հանդիպումը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ տեղեկացնենք, որ ի նշան Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում հայկական կողմի կառուցողականության՝ անկախ հանդիպման հանգամանքից, Ադրբեջանին են փոխանցվել հարաբերությունների կարգավորման վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթի առնչությամբ հայկական կողմի նոր առաջարկները»։
