Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարի հայտարարությունը, թե Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը պետք է անհապաղ լքի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը, առնվազն հարցեր է առաջացնում: Ինչու է Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունն այսքան ծանր տանում Վարդանյանի նշանակումը պետական պաշտոնում, ինչու է Արցախ տեղափոխվելու առաջին իսկ օրվանից թիրախավորել նրա անձը:

Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցության համանախագահ Հակոբ Հակոբյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում այսպես է մեկնաբանում ադրբեջանական հիստերիան. «Ցանկացած անձ, երևույթ, գործողություն, որն օգնում է «Արցախի Հանրապետություն», «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն» բառակապակցություններն էլ ավելի բարձր մակարդակով շրջանառելուն, հիստերիա է առաջացնում Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների մոտ: Նրանց գլխավոր նպատակն է աշխարհի լեքսիկոնից ընդհանրապես հանել «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդիր» և «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն» ձևակերպումները: Բոլորս ենք ականատես նրան, որ հաշվի առնելով պարոն Վարդանյանի անձը և նրա` Արցախում լինելու հանգամանքը, սկսել են ավելի շատ խոսել Արցախի Հանրապետության մասին, քանի որ նա նաև Արցախի Հանրապետության պետնախարարն է: Օրինակ` ԶԼՄ-ներին տրված հարցազրույցներում, հրապարակումներում նշվում է` «госминистр», իսկ եթե կա պետական նախարար, ուրեմն կա նաև պետություն: Կարծում եմ` ադրբեջանական հիստերիան դրա հետ է կապված»,-ասում է Հակոբյանը:
