«Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը պետք է անհապաղ լքի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը»,-ասել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը: Արցախի պետնախարարի անձի շուրջ ադրբեջանական կողմի՝ ամիսներ ի վեր առանց դադարի շարունակվող հիստերիային փորձագետներն ու քաղաքական գործիչներն իրենց բացատրությունն ունեն: Պետական ամենաբարձր պաշտոնյայից՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևից մինչև պետական ապարատի մյուս ներկայացուցիչներ նախ փորձում էին հասկանալ, թե ինչու է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն Արցախ տեղափոխվել, հետո արդեն, թե ինչու է նման բարձր պաշտոնի նշանակվել, ասում, որ Արցախի հարցով չեն բանակցի Վարդանյանի հետ: Թե ինչով է պայմանավորված պետնախարարի անձի նման թիրախավորումը, կարելի է միայն գուշակել, բայց սա առնվազն հարցեր է առաջացնում փորձագետների և քաղաքացիների մոտ:

Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ռազմական փորձագետ Հայկ Նահապետյանը հստակ մեկնաբանություն է տալիս հարցի վերաբերյալ, թե ինչու է Ադրբեջանը թիրախավորում Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին. «Լավագույն որակումը Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունն է տալիս: Եթե նա չի ցանկանում, հրապարակային բարձրաձայնում է, անվանարկում, թիրախավորում, ուրեմն ճիշտ ընտրություն է կատարվել: Այն ինչ թշնամուս համար վատ է, ինձ համար օգտակար է: Դա աքսիոմ է: Այն ինչ թշնամու համար վնասակար է, քեզ համար օգտակար է: Հիմա, եթե Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը խիստ դժգոհում է ու վտանգ զգում, ուրեմն մեզ համար օգտակար է»,-նշում է Նահապետյանը:
