Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 25-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 16։30-ի սահմանում ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչություն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ մի քաղաքացի մարտական նռնակներով զինված մտել է Խարբերդի առաջին փողոցում գործող առևտրի կենտրոններից մեկը և սպառնում է պայթեցնել։
Ինչպես դեպքի վարից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, մինչ ոստիկանների ժամանումը, տղամարդը խանութի ներսում պայթեցրել է նռնակներից մեկը, ինչի հետևանքով խանութը կրել է նյութական խոշոր չափի վնաս՝ կոտրվել են ապակիները, դռները, վնասվել առաստաղն ու գույքը։ Ու մինչ նա կփորձեր գործի դնել 2-րդ F1 տեսակի մարտական նռնակը, ոստիկանները կարողացել են պրոֆեսիոնալ քայլերի արդյունքում վնասազերծել 2-րդ մարտական նռնակը, հակառակ դեպքում, եթե այդ նռնակը պայթեր, պատկերը հնարավոր է՝ ողբերգական լիներ։
Տղամարդը ոստիկաների կողմից վնասազերծվել է և տեղափոխվել ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժին։ Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության սակրավորների ջոկատը։ Այս պահին 3 սակրավորներ խանութի ներսում կատարում են որոնողական աշխատանքներ պարզելու համար՝ արդյոք ներսում հնարավոր է նռնակ լինի։ Տեղում աշխատում են նաև ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վաչության փորձաքրեագիտական խմբի փորձաքրեագետները։
Նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ և նշանակվել մի շարք փորձաքննություներ։ Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկանների կողմից վնասազերծված տղամարդը մշտական բնակության վայր չունեցող 35-ամյա Արամ Հ․-ն է։ Պայթյունի հետևանքով, բարեբախտաբար, տուժածներ չկան։
