Հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտությունը 2022 թվականին
Եթե արցախյան հակամարտության լուծումը ընդունում ենք որպես կողմերի միջև փոխշահավետ լուծում, ապա այն դեռ հեռու է ավարտվելուց։
 
Տարվա ընթացքում արձանագրվել են 4 խոշոր ռազմաքաղաքական սրացումներ: Ադրբեջանը վարում է հարձակողական քաղաքականություն, որը բնորոշվում է որպես անհրաժեշտ տարածքային կտորների աստիճանական ձեռքբերում, «կարմիր գծերի» առաջադրում՝ իր համար շահավետ կոնֆիգուրացիա ձևավորելու համար: Նպատակն ակնհայտ է՝ արագացնել իր «տարածքային ամբողջականության» վերականգնման գործընթացը և կանխել հակամարտության նոր «սառեցումն» անորոշ ժամանակով։
 
Այն, որ Նիկոլի կառավարությունը փաստացի հրաժարվել է Արցախի երաշխավորի դերից` նորություն չէ։ Սա է այն ստատուս քվոյի իրականությունը, որն ի հայտ եկավ 44-օրյա դավադիր պարտությամբ ավարտված պատերազմից հետո։ 2022թ. առաջին անգամ, պաշտոնական Երևանն ընդունեց 1991թ. Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագիրը և համաձայնեց ճանաչել Ադրբեջանը` ԱդրԽՍՀ սահմաններում (Հայաստանը` ՀԽՍՀ սահմաններում ճանաչելու դիմաց): Նախկինում այս նսեմացնող նորմը չկար, իսկ այժմ այն ​​դարձել է պաշտոնական դիսկուրսի մաս:
 
2022 թ. գարնանը և ամռանը ընդդիմության զանգվածային ցույցերը ցավոք ցանկալի արդյունքի չհասան։ Աշխարհում տպավորություն ստեղծվեց, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները գնում են Արցախից հրաժարվելուն և շեղվում է այն ​​հիմնարար սկզբունքներից, որոնք ձևավորվել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում։
 
Այս ֆոնին արժե հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի դերին։ Փորձագետները խոսում են նոր ստատուս-քվոյի հնարավորության մասին՝ որպես արցախյան շաժման սկզբնական իրավիճակի վերաձևավորում: Արցախի իշխանությունները հավակնում են Արցախի անկախ սուբյեկտիվության:
 
Միջազգային առումով 2022 թ-ը դիտարկվում է որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների եռակողմ կարգավորման փլուզում: Այսօր մենք տեսնում ենք անհաշտ մրցակցություն «խաղաղության» նախագծերի միջև (ԱՄՆ-ԵՄ մի կողմից, Ռուսաստան՝ մյուս կողմից)։ Ընդ որում, բանակցային գործընթացի օրակարգերը շատ տարբեր չեն։ Հիմնական տարբերությունը ոչ թե բովանդակությունն է, այլ բանակցությունների տեմպերի և նպատակների սահմանումը:
 
Ըստ ռուսական և արևմտյան ուղեղային կենտրոնների վերլուծությունների` ԱՄՆ-ն և ԵՄ-ն շահագրգռված են կովկասյան տարածաշրջանում ռուսական ազդեցությունը նվազագույնի հասցնելու մեջ։ Արդյունքում՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի արագացման պահանջով։ Մոսկվան կողմնակից է «դանդաղ շտապելուն», իսկ հնարավորության դեպքում` պրոցեսը սառեցնելուն:
