Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հանդիպել է առաքող և արտադրող ընկերությունների ղեկավարների հետ՝ տեղեկանալու Ադբրեջանի կողմից Արցախի շրջափակման հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակում նրանց խնդիրների մասին, ինչպես նաև քննարկելու պարենային անվտանգությանն առնչվող մի շարք հարցեր: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարության մամուլի ծառայությունից։
Խորհրդակցության մասնակիցները պետնախարարին հավաստիացրել են, որ շրջափակման իրավիճակում իրենց համար առաջնային է հանրային ու պետական շահը, և պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել կառավարության հետ համագործակցված աշխատել՝ ճգնաժամին միասնաբար դիմակայելու համար:
Գործարարներն առաջարկել են նաև անհրաժեշտության դեպքում դիտարկել իրենց տնօրինության տակ գտնվող ենթակառուցվածքների օգտագործման հնարավորությունը՝ առկա պաշարները պահպանելու և համաչափ բաշխելու հարցում:
