Հայոց ցեղասպանության թանգարան-ինստիտուտ հիմնադրամի հայտարարություն է տարածել արդեն երկու շաբաթ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախը հայաստանին կապող միակ ճանապարհի փակման վերաբերյալ.
«2022 թ. դեկտեմբերի 12-ից Ադրբեջանը շրջափակել է Արցախի Հանրապետությունը աշխարհին կապող միակ ճանապարհը: Չնայած Ադրբեջանի բերած տարատեսակ պատրվակներին՝ վերջինս ռազմավարական նպատակը մեկն է՝ հարկադրել Արցախի Հանրապետության բնակչությանը լքել իր պատմական հայրենիքը: Ադրբեջանն այս հարցում առաջնորդվում է Արցախն աստիճանաբար Նախիջևանի վերածելու ծրագրով՝ չկան հայեր, չկան խնդիրներ: Միևնույն ժամանակ Ադրբեջանն ակնհայտորեն չի բավարարվելու Արցախի հայաթափմամբ:
2020 թ. արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության արած հրապարակային հայտարարությունները հստակորեն վկայում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, ներառյալ մայրաքաղաք Երևանի նկատմամբ առկա տարածքային հավակնությունների մասին:
Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը ոգևորված է աշխարհաքաղաքական վերջին զարգացումներով պայմանավորված Ադրբեջանի նշանակության աճով, այդ թվում՝ ադրբեջանական, և Ադրբեջանի տարածքով թուրքմենական գազի միջազգային շուկաներ արտահանման աճող հնարավորություններով: Թերևս Բաքվում կարծում են, որ աշխարհաքաղաքական և աշխարհատնտեսական շահերը կստիպեն աչք փակել Արցախի հայության նկատմամբ ցեղասպանական գործողությունների իրականացման և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեմ նոր ագրեսիայի սանձազերծման վրա:
Սակայն վերջին ավելի քան հարյուր տարիների փորձը միանշանակ վկայում է մեկ բանի մասին. ցեղասպանություն և ցեղասպանական գործողություններ իրականացնողները կրել են իրենց արժանի պատիժը:
Մենք վստահ ենք, որ Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը ևս պատասխան կտա հայ ազգի նկատմամբ արդեն իրականացված և ներկայումս ծրագրավորվող ոճրագործությունների համար, իսկ Արցախի Հանրապետության հայությունը, չնայած առկա անասելի դժվարություններին, կշարունակի ապրել և արարել իր պատմական հայրենիքում»։
