Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը «հակասական» կետեր է անվանել, որոնք իբրև թե խոչընդոտում են Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրմանը, հաղորդում է ԱՊԱ-ն։

«Առաջին. Ադրբեջանը ներկայացրել է 5 հիմնարար սկզբունքներ։ Կարճ ժամանակում Հայաստանը հասկացավ, որ 5 հիմնարար սկզբունքների մեջ չկա մեկ սկզբունք, որն անընդունելի լինի իրենց համար։ Դա պայմանավորված էր որոշակի պատճառով։ Այս սկզբունքներին ի պատասխան «ոչ» ասելը շատ դժվար է։ Հինգ հիմնական սկզբունքները շատ արդար էին։ Հանդիպումները կայացել են այս 5 սկզբունքներով։ Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ այս հանդիպումների արդյունքում՝ նոր փաստաթղթեր չընդունվեցին, ձեռք բերվեցին պայմանավորվածություններ, որոնցում 5 հիմնական սկզբունքները հետագայում մշակվեցին։ Հայաստանը դրանք ընդունելի համարեց։ Այս մասին հայկական կողմը տեղեկացրել է հայ հասարակությանը։ Նայելով հայկական կողմից բանակցային գործընթացի որոշ մեկնաբանություններին՝ մենք տեսնում ենք շեղում նախկինում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններից։ Մենք կարծում ենք, որ դա շատ վնասակար միտում է»,- հայտարարել է Բայրամովը։

«Երկրորդ. Վաշինգտոնում հանդիպումից հետո մենք նկատեցինք պահեր, որոնք մեզ համար անընդունելի էին։ Ադրբեջանական կողմի տրամաբանությունն այն էր, որ վերջին 30 տարիների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերություններ չեն եղել։ Ուստի, եթե մենք ուզում ենք որևէ առաջին քայլ անել, ապա փաստաթղթի հիմնական սկզբունքները, էությունն ու փիլիսոփայությունը պետք է շատ պարզ լինեն։ Թերևս, եթե նույնիսկ որոշ հարցեր 100%-ով չլուծվեն, այնուամենայնիվ, կարելի է ինչ-որ դրական և կարևոր քայլ անել։ Ուստի ադրբեջանական կողմի ներկայացրած նախագիծը շատ պարզ ու հակիրճ է։

Նպատակը պարզ փաստաթուղթը շրջանակային համաձայնագրի վերածելն է և շրջանակային փաստաթղթի մաս ընդունելը այլ համաձայնագրեր։ Ելնելով դրանից՝ ադրբեջանական կողմը կարող է նաև մի շարք կետեր բարձրացնել։ Մենք բազմաթիվ պահանջներ ունենք հայկական կողմին։ Մեզ նույնպես ամեն ինչ չի գոհացնում, և չենք հրաժարվում Հայաստանին ներկայացվող պահանջներից, մենք այս բոլոր պահանջներն ենք առաջ քաշում։ Մենք փորձել ենք հասնել նրան, ինչին կարող ենք հասնել։ Հայաստանը թույլ է տվել, որ բանակցային գործընթացը դուրս գա հանրային տարածք։ Ի տարբերություն մեզ՝ միջնորդները Հայաստանին բացահայտորեն չեն մեղադրում այս հարցում։ Մենք նշել ենք սրա վտանգները։ Սա տեսնում են նաև միջնորդները»,- հայտարարել է Բայրամովը։
