Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի քննչական վարչությունը տարվա ընթացքում կատարված աշխատանքների արդյունքում աննախադեպ ցուցանիշներ է արձանագրել: Վարույթ ընդունված և քննված քրեական վարույթներով 2022 թվականի ընթացքում պետական բյուջե է վերականգնվել ավելի քան 23 մլրդ դրամ: Հատկանշական է, որ ոլորտում առաջին անգամ է նման շոշափելի արդյունք ապահովվել:
ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից հայտնում են, որ համեմատության համար, 2021 թվականի ընթացքում վերականգնվել է շուրջ 5 մլրդ դրամ, 2020 թվականին՝ շուրջ 2,5 մլրդ դրամ, 2019-ին՝ շուրջ 5,8 մլրդ դրամ, 2018 թվականի ընթացքում՝ շուրջ 8,5 մլրդ դրամ, իսկ 2017 թվականին վերականգնվել է մոտ 8,5 մլրդ դրամ պետությանը պատճառված վնաս:
ՊԵԿ քննչական վարչությունում քննված քրեական վարույթները վերաբերել են հարկ վճարողների կողմից ՀՀ տարածքում իրականացրած տնտեսական գործունեության տարբեր ճյուղերին (ներմուծում-արտահանում, հանքարդյունահանում, ծառայությունների մատուցում, առևտուր, գույքի օտարում, մաքսանենգության դեպքեր և այլն): ՊԵԿ քննչական վարչությունում հաշվետու ժամանակաշրջանում քննչական ենթակայությամբ վերապահված հոդվածների համակցությամբ քննվել են նաև փողերի լվացման, խարդախության հանցակազմերով քրեական վարույթներ, որոնց քննության արդյունքներով հարուցված հանրային քրեական հետապնդումների հիման վրա մեղադրանքներ են ներկայացվել տարբեր անձանց, 35 քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է և քրեական վարույթները մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել են հսկող դատախազներին՝ վարույթները դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
