ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական երկրորդ բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Վալերի Բրյուսովի անվան պետական համալսարանի ռեկտորի խորհրդական Գ.Թ.-ին: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի ֆեյսբուքյան էջից։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 9-ին վերջինս, քաջատեղյակ լինելով, որ վերը նշված համալսարանի ռեկտորի ընտրություններով պայմանավորված, համալսարանի վարչական շենքում գտնվում են ինչպես այդ հաստատության բազմաթիվ աշխատակիցներ, ուսանողներ, այնպես էլ ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության մի շարք աշխատակիցներ և այլ պաշտոնատար անձինք, տարբեր լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներ, գիտակցելով, որ այդ պահին վարչական շենքում կատարվող յուրաքանչյուր իրադարձություն լուսաբանվում է լրագրողների կողմից և հասանելի է հասարակության լայն շերտերի համար, հասարակության նկատմամբ ցուցաբերելով անհարգալից վերաբերմունք՝ Գ.Թ.-ն համալսարանի վարչական շենքում բարձրաձայն, բոլորի համար լսելի անպարկեշտ արտահայտություններ և հայհոյանքներ է հնչեցրել ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանի հասցեին' խափանելով մարդկանց անդորրն ու այդ պահին ընթացող հանրային միջոցառումը:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 27-ին միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ վերոնշյալ համալսարանի ռեկտորի խորհրդականի նկատմամբ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հանրային քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու մասին, որը բավարարվել է: Դեկտեմբերի 28-ին վերջինիս մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել, և նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրել «Բացակայելու արգելքը» և «Պաշտոնավարման կասեցումը»։
Որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրված՝ «Պաշտոնավարման կասեցման» մասին որոշումը կատարման նպատակով ուղարկվել է Վալերի Բրյուսովի անվան պետական համալսարանի ռեկտորին, ինչպես նաև այդ մասին տեղեկացվել է ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության գլխավոր քարտուղարը։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
