Արցախում պարենային դեֆիցիտն օրեցօր մեծանում է։ Շուրջ երեք շաբաթ շրջափակման մեջ գտնվող Մարտակերտի եւ Ասկերանի շրջանի համայնքների ղեկավարները NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում պատմել են, որ խանութները կիսադատարկ են, շաքարավազ, կրուպեղեն, բանջարեղեն, մրգեր խանութներում չկան։ Չնայած այս ծանր դրությանը՝ արցախցիները փորձում են չկոտրվել։
«Շաքարավազ, ձեթ, բանջարեղեն, կարելի է ասած՝ ընդհանրապես չկա։ Ապրանքը սահմանափակ քանակով են վաճառում, որ բոլորին հասնի։ Պակասող մթերքներն ավելի շատ են, քան եղածները, հետեւաբար ավելի հեշտ է թվարկել այն ապրանքները, որոնք կան։ Օրինակ, հացի պակաս չի զգացվում, խանութներին օրական երկու անգամ հաց են հասցնում։ Ամենագլխավորն այն է, որ խուճապ չկա»,– ասաց Ասկերանի շրջանի Իվանյան համայնքի ղեկավար Բորիս Ղահրամանյանը։
Մարտակերտի շրջանի Մեծ Շեն համայնքի ղեկավար Դավիթ Անանյանն էլ հայտնեց, որ խանութներում 20 տոկոս ապրանք է մնացել։ Այս համայնքում էլ առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքները սպառվել են։
«Արցախում ներկա պահին միայն ցամաք հացի խնդիր չկա, մնացածի պակասը խիստ զգացվում է, օրինակ՝ միրգ չկա, դեղորայքի խնդիրը նույնպես մեծ է։ Կարտոֆիլը գուցե մի երկու ամիս էլ բավարարի, բայց մնացածը բացակայում է։ Բենզինը խիստ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում է օգտագործվում միայն։ Մենք դիմանալու ենք, հարցը դա չէ, ուղղակի էդ դավաճանին հանեք, ուրիշ ոչ մի բան։ Մեկ է՝ մենք ապրելու ենք մեր գյուղում, անկախ նրանից, թե ինչքան ենք մնալու բլոկադայում, մի կերպ յոլա ենք գնալու, մենք Արցախը թողնելու մտադրություն չունենք»,– ասաց Դավիթ Անանյանը։
