Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հայրենիքի ռազմավարական տարածքները թշնամուն հանձնած, պետության տարածքային ամբողջականությունը խաթարած, ժողովրդի թիկունքում կեղտոտ խաղեր խաղացող և ստորացուցիչ քաղաքականություն վարող կապիտուլյանտ կառավարությունը որոշել է, որ այսուհետ ինքնիշխանությունից հրաժարվելը կպատժվի 12-15 տարի ազատազրկմամբ:
Սովորաբար քաղաքական ուժերի համար սա բարոյական նորմ է, սրբազան կանոն: Նորմալ երկրներում նման օրենսդրության կարիք չկա, որովհետև այնտեղ հայրենիքը հանձնելուց հետո, լկտիաբար չեն ասում «Շուշին դժգույն քաղաք էր, կամ ձնապատ սարի կամ լճի 30%-ի համար հո չէի՞նք կռվելու և այլն»: Իսկ այս անբարո իշխանությունն այնքան է կասկածում ինքն իր վրա, որ նման որոշում է կայացնում:
Դե եթե այդպես է, ուրեմն առավել քան տեղին է օրենքով սահմանել, որ Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի միջազգային սկզբունքից հրաժարվելու համար նախատեսվում է 15-18 տարի ազատազրկում: Հայոց Ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչումից հրաժարվելու համար` 10-12 տարի ազատազրկում: Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողների նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելու համար` 5-8 տարի ազատազրկում: Ռազմական դրության պայմաններում հայտարարված զորահավաքը ձախողելու, ՀՀ ԶՈւ բարձրաստիճան հրամանատարական կազմի ներկայացուցիչների դեմ զրպարտություն անելու, հասարակությունը պառակտելու, պետական բյուջեի միջոցները անարդյունավետ ծրագրերով մսխելու և նմանատիպ վնասարարությունների համար նախատեսել 6-8 տարի ազատազրկում:
Կապիտուլյանտ իշխանության պարագայում այս ցանկը կարելի է շարունակել: Իրավաբանները սրանց գործողությունները բնութագրող ավելի շատ հանցակազմեր կարող են թվարկել:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախությունն ու ինքնիշխանությունն անքննելի և անսակարկելի արժեքներ են, անկախ այն բանից սանկցիա կա՞, թե՞ ոչ:
2018թ. թավշյա իշխանազավթումից հետո Հայաստանը զգալիորեն կորցրեց իր ինքնիշխան քաղաքականությունը` ընկնելով իշխանափոխության օտարերկրյա տերերի ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի ազդեցության տակ: Արդյունքում` պատերազմ, կորուստներ, անվտանգության զրոյական մակարդակ, սուբյեկտայնության անկում և այլ քաղաքական ձախողումներ:
