Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար, օպերատիվ շտաբի պետ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն այսօր տարեվերջյան ընդլայնված խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել՝ պետական մարմինների ղեկավար կազմի մասնակցությամբ:
Ամփոփելով անցնող տարին՝ պետնախարարն այն համարել է բարդ ու ծանր: «Մենք բախվեցինք նոր իրականության՝ շրջափակման հետ: Մյուս կողմից՝ այս տարին ցույց տվեց, որ հասարակությունն իսկապես պատրաստ է համախմբվելու, և երկու հանրահավաքները ցույց տվեցին կողք կողքի կանգնելու մարդկանց պատրաստակամությունը։ Ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել արցախցիներին, որոնք այս իրավիճակում չեն կորցնում իրենց ոգին, չեն փոխում իրենց պատկերացումներն Արցախի անկախության ու ապագայի վերաբերյալ և շարունակում են արժանապատիվ կանգնած մնալ իրենց հողի վրա»,-ընդգծել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։
Պետնախարարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նիստի մասնակիցներին՝ բարդ պայմաններում իրականացվող աշխատանքի համար: Դիմելով առողջապահության, գյուղատնտեսության, տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածների նորանշանակ նախարարներին՝ նա ասել է, որ այս իրավիճակում շնորհավորելն այնքան էլ տեղին չէ, փոխարենը, թերևս ավելի ճիշտ է շնորհակալություն հայտնել պատասխանատվություն ստանձնելու համար: Պետնախարարն ընդգծել է, որ չնայած շրջափակմանը՝ նախաձեռնված բարեփոխումները շարունակվելու են. «Իհարկե, այլ կերպ էինք նախատեսում իրականացնել այս ամենը, սակայն նոր իրողությունները նոր մոտեցում են պահանջում: Պետք է որոշումներ կայացնենք ու քայլ առ քայլ առաջ գնանք»:
Անդրադառնալով ֆինանսատնտեսական իրավիճակին՝ նա նշել է, որ 2022 թվականն ավարտվում է բյուջետային մեծ դեֆիցիտով: Բացի այդ, շրջափակման հետևանքով գնալով ծանր վիճակում է հայտնվում տնտեսությունը: Պետնախարարը նկատել է, որ այսպիսի իրողություններում բնակչության բնականոն կենսագործունեությունն ապահովելու համար մեծ ջանքեր և առավելագույնս կազմակերպված աշխատանք է պահանջվելու: «Չնայած այս դժվարություններին, մենք գնալու ենք առաջ, ուրիշ ճանապարհ չունենք»,-ընդգծել է նա:
