Վերին Լարսի անցակետում Ռուսաստանից Վրաստան մեկնելու համար ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտի մեծ հերթ է գոյացել։ Այս մասին ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնային մաքսային ծառայության ղեկավարի առաջին տեղակալ Ռուսլան Դավիդովը։
Պաշտոնյան նշել է, որ ռուսական կողմն ամենօրյա ռեժիմով հետևում է բոլոր անցակետերի աշխատանքին։ Նրա խոսքով ՝ «Վերին Լարսը» խնդրահարույց կետերից մեկն է։
«Այսօրվա դրությամբ «Վերին Լարսը» մուտքի համար աշխատում է անխափան, իսկ ռուսական կողմից ելքի համար նկատվում է բեռնատարների ներհոսք և, ցավոք, մեծ հերթ», – ասել է նա:
Մաքսատան տվյալներով ՝ այս անցակետով ապրանքների հոսքերը զգալիորեն աճել են 2022 թվականին։
«Առևտուր է ընթանում, «Վերին Լարսով» բոլոր տեսակի ապրանքներ են տանում։ Միայն դեկտեմբերի անցած օրերին այդ անցակետով 257 հազար տոննա ապրանք է անցել։ Դա 65 տոկոսով ավելի է, քան նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերին», — ասել Է Դավիդովը։
Ընդ որում, նրա խոսքով, եթե մուտքի համար չկա բեռնատար տրանսպորտի թվի էական աճ, ապա ելքի դեպքում մեկ օրում անցնում է 600 և ավելի բեռնատար:
Բացի այդ, այս սահմանային անցակետում դեռ չի ավարտվել վերակառուցման փուլը, թեև ուղևորատար տրանսպորտի համար գործում են մուտքի և ելքի լրացուցիչ գոտիներ։
«Դեռ պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ անցակետի հետևում թունել կա։ Եթե այդ թունելում ինչ-որ բան է տեղի ունենում, մենք արդեն ոչնչով օգնել չենք կարող», — հավելել է գերատեսչության ղեկավարի առաջին տեղակալը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Վրաստանն իրականացնում է Մցխեթա — Ստեփանծմինդա-Լարս ավտոճանապարհի ամենաավտանգավոր հատվածի (Գուդաուրի-Կոբի) շրջանցիկ ճանապարհի շինարարությունը։ Խոսքը Խաչի լեռնանցքի տակով անցնող 9 կիլոմետրանոց թունելի մասին է։
Նախատեսվում է կառուցել 22,7 կմ երկարությամբ ճանապարհ, ինչպես նաև 6 կամուրջ և 5 թունել ։ Շինարարությունը նախատեսվում է ավարտել 2024 թվականի վերջին։
