Ուժի մեջ է մտել նվազագույն ամսական աշխատավարձի մասին օրենքում փոփոխությունների նախագիծը, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս ընթացիկ տարվա հունվարի 1-ից ունենալ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի նոր չափ՝ 75 հազար դրամ: Մինչև 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը նվազագույն աշխատավարձը 68 հազար դրամ էր: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության աշխատանքի և զբաղվածության վարչության պետ Ժորա Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի չափի բարձրացումը հանգեցնելու է մասնավոր և պետական ոլորտի աշխատողների միջինում 30 տոկոսի աշխատավարձերի բարձրացմանը:
«Մասնավորապես, միայն պետական համակարգում բարձրանալու է աշխատողների շուրջ 28.5 տոկոսի, իսկ մասնավոր հատվածում շուրջ 31.5 տոկոսի աշխատավարձը: Այսինքն՝ նրանք, որոնք ստանում են աշխատավարձ 68 հազարից մինչև 75 հազարի չափով, ապա իրենց մոտ աշխատավարձի չափը բարձրանում է: Խոսքն այն անձանց մասին է, որոնք աշխատում են մեկ դրույքով: Դրանից բացի, եթե քաղաքացին մինչև բարձրացումը ստանում էր, ասենք, 75 հազար կամ 76 հազար դրամ, իրենից մի փոքր ցածր հաստիքով մեկ ուրիշ աշխատող՝ 72 հազար դրամ, ապա հիմա` բարձրացումից հետո, նրանց աշխատավարձերը գրեթե հավասարվում են: Եվ որպեսզի չպահպանվի այդ հավասարությունն, անհրաժեշտություն է առաջանալու 75 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ ստացող աշխատողի աշխատավարձը ևս ավելացնել»,-ասաց Ժորա Սարգսյանը:
Նախարարության ներկայացուցիչը տեղեկացրեց, որ ավելանում է նաև նվազագույն ժամային աշխատավարձը: Նրանք, որոնք աշխատում են ժամով կամ գործավարձով և իրենց աշխատավարձը հաշվարկվում է նվազագույն ժամայինով, ապա 2023 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից սահմանվում են նոր չափեր:
