Խոշոր միջազգային էներգետիկ ընկերությունը մեկ այլ միջազգային ընկերությունից նավթարդյունահանող հզորություններ է ձեռք բերել պատերազմի մեջ գտնվող Եմենում, գրում է AP-ը։
Zenith Netherlands-ը՝ Zenith Energy Ltd.-ի դուստր ձեռնարկությունը, հայտարարել է, որ համաձայնել է Եմենում ձեռք բերել վիեննական OMV ընկերության էներգետիկ ակտիվները՝ ավելի քան 21,6 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար արժողությամբ գործարքի շրջանակներում։
Գործարքը դեռ չի հաստատվել Եմենի եւ Ավստրիայի իշխանությունների կողմից։ Եմենի կառավարությունը, որը միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված է, որեւէ մեկնաբանություն չի տվել:
«OMV Yemen - ի ձեռքբերումը շատ կարեւոր է Zenith Energy-ի համար»,-ասել է Zenith-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Անդրեա Կատտանեոն:
Zenith Netherlands-ի կողմից հայտարարված գործարքի համաձայն՝ OMV-ի ակտիվներից ամենամեծը Կենտրոնական Եմենում գտնվող Ալ-Ուքլահ նավթային հանքավայրում մասնաբաժինն էր, որը վերահսկվում է միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված կառավարության կողմից:
2022 թվականի հունվարի դրությամբ հանքավայրում օրական արդյունահանվել է միջինը 6000 բարել՝ հորատման աշխատանքների բացակայության պատճառով։
