Ցեղասպանության կանխարգելման Լեմկինի ինստիտուտն ամփոփել է 2022 թվականը և տարեվերջյան իր զեկույցում ներկայացրել տարվա ընթացքում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունները, որոնք այս կամ այն կերպ կապված են ցեղասպանության հետ: Զեկույցում տեղ են գտել նաև Հայաստանը և Արցախը:
Լեմկինի ինստիտուտը նշում է, որ 2022 թ.-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային ամբողջականությունը սպառնալիքի տակ է դրվել հարևան Ադրբեջանի և նրա դաշնակից Թուրքիայի կողմից: Զեկույցում ներկայացվում են 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրադադարի մշտական խախտումները, ինչպես նաև սեպտեմբերին Ադրբեջանի իրականացրած ագրեսիան Հայաստանի դեմ, հայ ռազմագերիների հանդեպ վայրագությունները:
«Չնայած արտաքին աշխարհն արագ արձագանքեց՝ վերջ դնելու Ադրբեջանի սեպտեմբերյան ագրեսիային, սակայն Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի 140 քառակուսի կիլոմետրը, ինչպես նաև Արցախի կարևոր հատվածները, այդ թվում՝ Շուշի քաղաքը, դեռ օկուպացված են Ադրբեջանի կողմից», - նշվում է զեկույցում:
Ինստիտուտը նաև հայտնում է, որ դեկտեմբերի 12-ից Ադրբեջանը փակել է Արցախն արտաքին աշխարհին կապող միակ ճանապարհը՝ առաջացնելով մարդասիրական ճգնաժամ, որը կարող է արագ վերածվել աղետի:
«Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի վարչակարգը երկրում բացահայտ կերպով վարում է դաժան հակահայկական քաղաքականություն՝ տոնելով պատերազմական հանցագործությունները և միևնույն ժամանակ արտաքին աշխարհին ներկայանալով որպես հանդուրժողականության բաստիոն», - գրում են Լեմկինի ինստիտուտի փորձագետները՝ հավելելով, որ Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը, ցանկանալով Հայաստանից ստանալ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք», Հայաստանին սպառնում են պատերազմով, բռնազավթմամբ և ցեղասպանությամբ:
Ինստիտուտն ուշադրություն է հրավիրում այն բանի վրա, որ հզոր երկրները, ինչպես նաև Եվրոպական Միությունը, ՆԱՏՕ-ն և այլ կառույցներ շարունակում են բացահայտ կերպով աջակցել Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի վարչակարգերին:
«Ադրբեջանը Freedom House-ի կողմից ճանաչվել է որպես աշխարհի ամենաքիչ ազատ երկրներից մեկը: Վերջին տարիների ընթացքում այնտեղ ավելացել են լրագրողների, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանների, էթնիկ փոքրամասնությունների և քաղաքացիական հասարակության նկատմամբ հալածանքները՝ այլախոհությունը վերացնելու համար օգտագործելով ներքին, ինչպես նաև անդրազգային բռնաճնշումներ», - եզրափակում են փորձագետները:
